Gilbert Fuentez is known for having multiple women stashed in various cities that he has lived or visited and returns to them to engage in sex even after he moves or is involved in a relationship in another city. Waco is another one of those places.
On June 13th, 2019, he admitted to the following: having sex and spending the night with a fellow teacher he used to work with in another school district who lived in Waco. They were spotted earlier in the evening at Bubba’s, he says is a restaurant in the Waco area, having drinks. Text messages he showed the co-worker indicates that J.D. had a husband/boyfriend who was out of town when they slept together. This husband/boyfriend had friends who spotted the two of them out drinking on the patio at this restaurant together and observed them getting in his truck together and leaving the restaurant. One of these friends of the husband/boyfriend drove by her house later on and supposedly took pictures of his truck parked in the driveway. Apparently these pictures were sent to the husband/boyfriend and someone who used to teach with Gilbert Fuentez had Gilbert’s phone number and texted him to stay away J.D.
The morning of June 14th, 2019, the Ft Worth police department called the co-worker to say they had received a paranoid, incoherent phone call from Gilbert Fuentez accusing the co-worker of being the one who had taken the pictures, had given the husband/boyfriend his number and a whole host of other insane slanderous lies. Ft Worth police had to follow up with the co-worker but found zero merit to Gilbert Fuentez’ accusations. Surprisingly, he admitted to staying the night at J.D’s house the prior night on the phone with the police officer who worked the front desk call center as well.
The co-worker reached out to Gilbert Fuentez and told him their relationship was off and was furious that he could even attempt to create such an outrageous lie and the co-worker could not understand why Gilbert Fuentez would lie on her, especially to the police. The co-worker had no idea what was going on.
On June 16th, 2019, Gilbert Fuentez reached out to a mutual friend that both he and co-worker worked with and asked that friend to mediate the situation and try to fix it. The co-worker agreed to meet with Gilbert Fuentez on June 19th, 2019 at a church in Burleson TX to discuss this issue. On an audio recording taken during this meeting, Gilbert Fuentez admits to the co-worker, as he did the police, that he did indeed spend the night at J.D.’s house and have sex with her. This was heart breaking to the co-worker.
The conversation goes on to discuss if R.R. knew that he had cheated on her also. He stated that the same text messages sent to him by the husband/boyfriend were sent to R.R. as well, although no proof of this was ever provided to the co-worker. So, he admitted that R.R. knew he cheated on her with J.D. but refused to say how he was able to explain it away to her; most likely through their rallying battle cry of mutual hatred for the co-worker between them and him re-using lies about the co-worker to explain it all away as lies. His confession on the audio recording is irrefutable, however.
No pictures have ever been provided by Gilbert Fuentez that were supposedly taken by the husband/boyfriend to the co-worker and it is unknown whether those pictures were ever sent to Gilbert Fuentez or not. It is extremely difficult to trust any version of story he concocts to lie his way out of the truth or manipulate a woman into forgiving him, standing by his side, coming to his defense or to pity him or forgive him.
The truth remains that he admitted to the police and the co-worker, on audio recording, that he did in fact have sex with and stay the night with J.D. on June 13th, 2019. No motive was ever given to the co-worker as to why he would call the police and make up such slanderous accusations. The only explanation is revenge and using the police for harassment. The co-worker would have never known about J.D. had Gilbert Fuentez not called the police and flipped out, so that turned out to be a blessing in disguise to the co-worker.
J.D. was not aware of any of these other women and relationships when she agreed to have sex with Gilbert Fuentez.
