Emails: Part 2

Part 2 of “Emails and Letters” have the final 2 emails that the co-worker sent to Gilbert Fuentez before everything hit the proverbial fan. She has not had any personal contact with him since September 3rd, 2019. (It is important to read the backstory of the final emails to better understand these events, especially the police reports.)

There are 2 emails: July 22nd, 2019 and August 31st, 2019. A summary and context of each email appears above the email for readers to better understand the backstory circumstances around the events discussed in the emails. Especially why there is a 5 wk span between the 2 emails.

Mr Fuentez contacted us on March 8th, 2020 to tell us he has emails in his possession that would “contradict everything [we] posted online”. Contrary to his statement, these emails seem to support the facts we have received from the co-worker, whether they shine her in a negative or positive light, and we do not see any contradictions to the co-worker’s version of events.

If Mr Fuentez has additional emails in his possession beyond these, we welcome reviewing those to understand his perspective.

July 22nd, 2019

Background info:

The co-worker reached out on July 22nd, 2019 to Gilbert Fuentez to send him a positive email update him on the events that occurred with the friend who betrayed them both and to tell Gilbert that she was doing alot better mentally and emotionally. She expressed that she hoped he was doing well, that she missed their relationship and wished things had gone differently, that this was NOT the first time that same friend had betrayed her and how she deeply wishes that Gilbert had NOT threatened her daughter’s life and how she had been patiently waiting on him for a long time to make this mistake right and how he never did.

A betrayal is uncovered……

Unfortunately, this email was sent 12 days before she was contacted by Ft Worth police on August 4th, 2019 who were following up on a July 15th, 2019 police report (See below) that R.R. made when she found out that her transgender son and the co-worker had communicated on social media where the son had asked for and received the audio recordings from the co-worker. The son wanted to disprove all the lies that R.R. was telling her family about what was really happening with her and Gilbert. R.R. was furious about them communicating and, at the encouraging of Gilbert, she filed this police report. She lied 4 times to police in this report and has never offered proof of her accusations. The police begin following up with everyone mentioned in R.R.’s police report and immediately discovered her lies and that she was hiding so much more than she let on to them.

Unintended consequences for R.R. and Gilbert Fuentez…..

Ft Worth decided to renew their assault investigation and eventually reached out to the co-worker August 4th, 2019. She was shocked at the lies being told to them by R.R. about the co-worker and Gilbert’s relationship, the false version of events that R.R. put in her report and lies about the co-worker and they began digging to find the truth.

See the July 15th, 2019 police report below

Lies that R.R. told to the Ft Worth police: 1) the co-worker threatened and harassed R.R., 2) that Gilbert and R.R. were broken up, 3) that Gilbert had previously requested that the co-worker cease contact with him, that Gilbert had blocked the co-worker and she was not honoring that request and 4) that R.R. did not have caller ID………and that the co-worker was blocking her number but somehow it was still showing up on R.R.’s caller ID……..that she stated she didn’t have…….and that R.R. did not have the co-worker’s number…..and somehow she knew it was the co-worker who was calling her. None of it made sense and it raised red flags for Ft Worth police.

No proof was ever offered by R.R. to Ft Worth police to substantiate any of her claims.

In fact, the co-worker provided all the proof herself to refute R.R.’s lies. Proof included: 1) all call logs and text messages between R.R. and the co-worker, 2) a May 7th, 2019 audio recording which captured R.R. and the co-worker exchanging numbers which led to calls and text messages between them………to prove that R.R. did in fact have the co-worker’s number and that R.R. knew exactly whom she was texting with and speaking with on the phone, 3) Facebook messages between the transgender son and the co-worker, and 4) all emails and 18,000 text messages between Gilbert Fuentez and the co-worker to prove neither had ever asked the other to stop communicating with them. The co-worker had nothing to hide from in R.R.’s version of events and Ft Worth police thoroughly reviewed all evidence and the co-worker prevailed.

Additionally, the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office received a request from R.R. to assist her with seeking a protective order against the co-worker. And she was DENIED. They reviewed everything and realized R.R. was merely attempting revenge by using lies and R.R. had no proof to support the lies she told.

To be clear: at no time has either the co-worker or Gilbert Fuentez ever told each other to never contact the other ever again. Proof of this was submitted to Ft Worth police department. The lines of communication are still open as of today, but it is highly unlikely either will choose to reach out to the other because resolution opportunities ceased to exist a long time ago. The lines of communication have been open to both the entire time. If they had not, then Gilbert Fuentez would have sought legal consequences against the co-worker for emailing him. He did not. Instead, he read the emails. If the lines of communication had been severed, the co-worker would have sought legal consequences against him for calling the co-worker several times on September 2nd and 3rd, 2019. She did not. Instead, she texted him back when she missed his calls.

However, R.R. asserting these lies as fact on July 15th, 2019 to police, based off her own wishful thinking, rather than factual firsthand knowledge, was proven false when proof was handed over to Ft Worth police that R.R. had either lied to them or was lied to by Gilbert.

Clarification: the closest thing to requesting one or the other to stop communicating are the early July 2019 emails from the co-worker to Gilbert asking that he stay away for the time being while she stabilizes the situation with the friend who betrayed her for Gilbert’s own safety and well-being; to protect him. In the July 9th, 2019 email, the co-worker clearly tells Gilbert that situation had been resolved and the coast was then clear.

What happens after the July 15th, 2019 police report…..

Ft Worth police asked the co-worker for the recordings that were given to R.R.’s son. At first, she was hesitant, until Ft Worth police divulged Gilbert’s betrayal of the co-worker.

The co-worker realizes her promises to Gilbert could no longer be honored when his betrayal is uncovered……

Ft Worth police shared that Gilbert Fuentez had slandered the co-worker a 3rd time to the police in July 2019, calling her a “lying, psycho, crazy stalker” (much as he has done and continues to do to more than a dozen of people they mutually know in the last several months, who have then contacted the co-worker to tell her what he was saying behind her back to them).

To clear her name and reputation, she ultimately decided to hand over the assault recordings. The detective was shocked at the things she learned from these 2 audio recordings in R.R’s own words and in Gilbert’s own words about the assault, both from May 7th, 2019. The detective was shocked at the contradictions that R.R. told to Ft Worth police in July 2019 that did not match the proof.

So, this email occurs BEFORE the co-worker learns that R.R. had filed a police report against her that was filled with 4 lies, namely telling police that R.R. had ended her relationship with Gilbert. This was never true. They had not, and still not have ended their relationship. Please see the R.R. page for more information on this.

R.R. still continues to lie even into May 2020 about her relationship with Gilbert to some of her family and friends who have read this website, have reached out to us and now know the truth, and has maintained her lies to the police and to the Texas Board of Nursing in her investigation. Several reasons exist to explain why she is doing this.

When attempted revenge backfires……

The allegations R.R. made against the co-worker to Ft Worth police stem from one issue: that R.R. didn’t want her adult son finding out the truth from the co-worker. The truth would dispel lies she had sold her family and friends on to protect Gilbert and make them both look better.

Ft Worth police told the co-worker that “the son was an adult and free to talk to whomever he wanted” and they all agreed that R.R. had filed this report…..not out of reporting a factual criminal deed…..but in an effort to make trouble with the co-worker merely out of her frustration with the truth coming to light and to silence her. It did not work. It backfired on R.R. and Gilbert both when Ft Worth police smelled something fishy and began investigating….and, in the end, R.R.’s police report exposed the truth about the assault and the case was reopened.

When it all merged together……

These events in July 2019 occurred at the same that that it appears her employer took negative employment action against her for stealing drugs from her nursing job and these events precipitated her ghosting completely from her Ft Worth residence, her nursing job and Ft Worth police.

The assault investigation is still open and active. Ft Worth police have not ceased their attempts to locate and make contact with R.R. and will work tirelessly to see this assault investigation come to fruition and serve justice.

July 15th, 2019 police report

August 31st, 2019 email

5 weeks goes by during all of these turbulent events. The co-worker keeps her distance as much as possible to preclude any accusations and cooperates fully with the police investigation.

This August 31st, 2019 email was sent just days BEFORE Gilbert Fuentez would attempt twice more to throw the co-worker under the bus with Ft Worth and with Austin police departments. After learning about these newest betrayals, the co-worker made some very hard decisions.

In the coming months after this email, he would attempt (and fail) again to slander her reputation with the Texas Education Agency and he most likely will attempt to do so again in the near future with the Texas Board of Nursing on R.R.’s behalf for her investigation.

During the 5 wks between these emails, the co-worker received information from a private investigator that Gilbert Fuentez had been shockingly let go from Austin ISD for unknown reasons at that time and information that verified Gilbert Fuentez’ on-going relationship with V.L. and that V.L. had somehow gotten involved with the Austin ISD incident. (See the Who is Gilbert Fuentez? page for more information) The co-worker was stunned at the information she received and decided to do the right thing by V.L. after she was duped by Gilbert Fuentez to take a supportive action on his behalf to Austin ISD when V.L. did not know the real truth of what had happened in Everman ISD.

Gilbert and the co-worker had previously discussed his relationship with V.L. in June 2019. His relationship with V.L. was not a secret between them. The co-worker was not bothered by it, but became deeply bothered by the incident with Austin ISD and later on by discovering that V.L. had preceded all of these other women by 7 years and that she had no idea he was involved in other relationships and…..this…..constituted unethical cheating. (See the V.L. page for more information)

This August 31st, 2019 email was the co-worker begging to leave her out of the any further police involvement drama between him and R.R.

Apparently, the co-worker learned during this time also, that there was additional drama between Gilbert Fuentez and R.R. related to her severely keying his truck in late July 2019. Ft Worth police asked the co-worker to provide a witness statement for R.R.’s cousin coming and slashing his tires on May 7th, 2019 to provide a pattern of vehicle vandalism associated with R.R. as revenge on Gilbert Fuentez.

R.R. has been described as having quite a temper and short fuse. And then suddenly and magically flipping some switch to be happy, overjoyed and pretend like nothing has occurred. In both of these descriptions, she has proven time and again by her own actions that these descriptions of her are accurate.

In this email, the co-worker expressed to Gilbert that she did not want to be involved in any more of their drama and police incidents, whether they be against R.R, Gilbert or the co-worker….no matter who called the police on whom. She no longer wanted to be involved with R.R.’s lying, volatile antics.

Rather than call or respond to the co-worker to find out what was going on, Gilbert instead went behind her back and called Ft Worth police to engage in character assassination against the co-worker because he believed she was trying to make trouble for him with R.R.. He had recently gotten his truck repainted and repaired and had made peace with R.R. enough to neutralize her enough so she wouldn’t cause anymore damage. How he went about this was revealing: he once again duped R.R. into coming back to him, under the guise of a relationship, so she would reinvest in him and switch back to the joyful, happy, deluded narrative she preferred to hear and would not damage his truck again and would continue to have her cousin supply him with cocaine and her supply him with drugs from her job.

In this email, the co-worker brings up R.R.’s lie (about them being broken up) to Gilbert and how R.R. stated that the co-worker was blocked by Gilbert and how the co-worker would get in trouble for contacting him again; none of which was true.

The co-worker again discusses the former Everman ISD student who wants to do a story on corruption in Everman ISD. She agreed to talk to the journalist but only about certain things and she was reassuring Gilbert he had nothing to fear (at that time; before she discovered his betrayal and her loyalty went out the door). She tries to show her support to Gilbert by letting him know she was about to take an action against the Superintendent for everything he had done those last few months. She expresses her heartfelt desire that he was doing well. She expresses that one day she had hoped to reconnect with him, when both were in a better place in life, as friends.

Essentially, this entire email is asking for R.R. and Gilbert to leave her out of any further police issues and drama they were having between them. She did not want to be a pawn anymore. Their mutual hatred of the co-worker has been a rallying cry for their solidarity and somehow they thought, and still think that, if they band together to fight the co-worker that that is equivalent to banding together their relationship with each other, which has long been toxic, volatile and manipulative and both have admitted to this. The co-worker expressed to our investigative reporter that she no longer cared to do the right thing by either R.R. or Mr Fuentez, since they were deadset on their toxicity, and she no longer cared whether their relationship survived or died.

(She expressed to us that she was going to continue doing the right thing in other situations and to do right by other people. She has had many more people appreciate her coming forward to do the right thing than R.R. and Gilbert Fuentez who are furious that this story has been published with the truth and proof for everyone to see for themselves. The co-worker stated that she has been blessed many times over for these struggles and she no longer considers R.R. or her relationship with Gilbert Fuentez to have any worth or value.)

In this email, the co-worker wishes him the best. It is clear that she cared for him and was trying to diplomatically navigate once again turbulent waters she had been thrust into. She is asking to no longer be treated as the toxic glue in between the middle of them that held them together.

Regardless, she finds herself being character assassinated to the Ft Worth police again…a 4th time…just a few short days later. This was the last straw for her.

It was at this point, on September 4th, 2019, she decided to also include Gilbert Fuentez into the Texas Education Agency complaint.

August 31st, 2019 was the final email to Gilbert Fuentez. But, he would call her several times on September 2nd and 3rd, 2019 but she missed his calls. She texted him back a few times to let him know she was sorry she missed his calls. That was the last communication either of them had.

Later, she was shocked to find out that he had contacted the Austin police department on September 9th, 2019 to file a report against the co-worker….a 5th time…..because she and V.L. had been communicating. He was furious and wanted to cut them off from each other so they wouldn’t find out the pieces of truth and put the puzzle together outside of his control. However, V.L. stated she was not going to support him in duping her a second time to file a statement on his behalf…especially one filled with lies simply bc he was mad at them both.

We are waiting on the co-worker to supply us with this Austin police report. We will redact it and publish it out to our readers after we receive it.

This attempt to use Austin police for harassment and more lies being told about her…….this betrayal…..further reinforced the co-worker’s new resolve to include Gilbert Fuentez in the TEA complaint. It was clear that he was going to continue his unethical behavior and lying to everyone about the co-worker, so she chose to come forward, on public record, with the TEA complaint, to salvage her reputation and character after Gilbert Fuentez had tried for 4 months to destroy it to more than 2 dozen people.

Enough damage had been done to her reputation and she wanted to do the right thing and set the record straight for the public once and for all.

It is tragic that this personal side of the TEA investigation story ended this way and that it became the beginning for this TEA investigation we are reporting on.
