On May 31st, 2020, we were contacted again by a family member of R.R.’s that we had spoken with previously. This family member asked us to provide any proof that the co-worker had that a protective order had in fact been obtained through the court, as we reported on in our FIRST RELEASE. The family member was told, presumably by R.R., that the “co-worker was lying” about having sought and obtained a protective order.
We reached out to the co-worker and asked for the documents for the protective order. We have received and redacted those documents below.
Additionally, this is NOT the first protective order that has been filed on Gilbert Fuentez Jr in the State of Texas. Private investigators found at least two other protective orders have been filed against Gilbert Fuentez Jr’s name and driver’s license. The first protective order had been filed AND executed in Ector County in prior years but had expired by 2019. The second protective order was filed in Ector County but had not been executed by the court and appears to have been dropped altogether.
We are publishing the “Application for a Protective Order” filed in Tarrant County in September 2019 and the 20-day “Temporary Protective Order” granted by the Court on October 11th, 2019. The “Temporary Protective Order” was attempted 4 times to have process service delivery to Gilbert Fuentez over the course of 4 days to notify him of the October 25th, 2019 hearing to make the protective order permanent. But, private investigators were unable to serve him.
The co-worker reports that private investigators attempted process service to his home address on 2 occasions when the private investigator reported that his vehicle was located on the premises and he appeared to be home but would not answer the door. The private investigator attempted process service to his work address on 2 occasions but could not gain access to complete service as Gilbert Fuentez was bagging food in the rear-side area of the restaurant for the drive-through. Private investigators waited up to 2 hours on both attempts to allow him to get off work and exit the building to serve him in the parking lot and neither time was successful.
Here are the documents that R.R.’s family member has requested that we publish to demonstrate that the co-worker was being truthful. We appreciate all feedback from our readers that allow us opportunities to publish evidence that accurately support the facts we have published to our site.
