UPDATE December 14th, 2025: In November 2025, this page was contacted by two residents, with related concerns that Mr Fuentez may have possibly misrepresented his business experience during HOA board meetings and elections.

Below are two similarly related concerns shared by residents to this page. Both residents are aware of each others contact with this page.

NOTE: We are unable to provide any legal or financial advice as to their concerns, but resources are provided below to assist any homeowners with HOA concerns in Texas. We also recommended that residents should speak with an attorney for any legal advice.

Residents contacted this page and shared two aspects of the same concern: Mr Fuentez’ placement as HOA Board President for their neighborhood, while claiming that many residents did not get to vote for any candidate.

The first resident shared their concerns that Mr Fuentez is not an owner of any property in their neighborhood, but that he volunteered to first serve as VP of their HOA board. The resident alleges that Mr Fuentez used personal connections with certain other residents to gain favorship to be selected as VP. Their concerns were further amplified when Mr Fuentez was then promoted to President of the HOA, without a communitywide vote, placing Mr Fuentez with direct legal management of finances with this HOA, even as he is not a property owner within the neighborhood, and living with his wife R.R.

The first resident inquired as to whether a [non-owner can occupy a board seat in an HOA, without election, making funding management and legally binding decisions for other residents]. This page is unable to provide this information, and strongly encourage residents to contact an attorney.

The second resident expressed similar but different concerns: that he, his wife and their neighbors were given “unvetted impressions” of Mr Fuentez and R.R., by “two other residents who supported Mr Fuentez’ appointment to the HOA board” and who “seemed to block any inquiry into their [Mr Fuentez and R.R.] backgrounds”, and “ignoring questions from other residents when expressing concerns about someone handling money [for their HOA] who isn’t a property owner”.

The second resident described that Mr Fuentez portrayed himself as a “savvy businessman”, as a person with “deep connections” and embediment into “high powered corporate networks and lots of successful business experience handling money”. The resident says that these claims made us “feel more comfortable with Mr Fuentez on the HOA board” but that they “still didn’t get to vote”.

The resident claims that Mr Fuentez never offered any financial management or business experience during his candidacy for HOA board, nor of his time as a teacher and coach, and that he only talked about his business background “vaguely” to members of the community during his consideration as VP of the HOA board.

The resident claims that “some of us wanted to know more” but “weren’t really given any opportunity by Mr Fuentez” to know more. Some googled Mr Fuentez and located this site, reaching out to this page to “verify Mr Fuentez’ business experience”.

The second resident claims Mr Fuentez “just wasn’t too specific about his business experience” and no one “offered or asked him” about it, because the other two residents promoting him to be chosen for the HOA board were “so confident that this person [Mr Fuentez] was a savvy, high powered businessman”.

NOTE: We appreciate the residents’ concerns and have shared the following notice with them: This page does not focus on Mr Fuentez’ resume or business background experience. This page has provided public records to document relevant events before, during and after this TEA investigation.

During the investigative reporting of this story, VERY LITTLE evidence was located, from years 2008 through 2023, to support that Mr Fuentez has extensive corporate or business experience. NO evidence was located to support that Mr Fuentez has any experience with HOAs. He seemed to have only rented apartments while living in DFW, Waco, and Austin, and his parents owned properties in Odessa TX with no record of an HOA. No title or deeds of homeownership records have been located anywhere for any time in Mr Fuentez’ name in the State of Texas.

As to his educational records, Mr Fuentez documented to the Texas State Board of Education that he has a Master’s in Business Administration from Sul Ross University, circa 2012. Mr Fuentez was also certified in Texas, for middle school and high school business, and was employed as a public school teacher up through 2019, when he exited Everman ISD with a “settlement agreement” and then briefly working in Austin ISD for a few weeks until he was terminated in Fall 2019. Later, the Texas Education Agency decertified Mr Fuentez and placed him on a “Do Not Hire” registry for teaching in Texas.

Also, Mr Fuentez has documented a Master’s in Kinesiology, of which claims have been made by his first Austin girlfriend V.L, who was involved in a relationship with Mr Fuentez from 2009 forward, that she [did most of the work for that Kinesiology degree for Mr Fuentez]. No evidence was provided to our reporters of this academic dishonesty claim. Mr Fuentez previously provided the explanation of an unissued Master’s in Kinesiology as the [university not wanting to release his credits due to a financial disagreement with his tuition].

As to his work experience, this investigation noted Mr Fuentez’ experience working as a tire repair technician, at a chicken fast food place, a product delivery driver, and as a teacher and coach in several districts across Texas for almost a decade.

No other information was located that could describe Mr Fuentez’ experience with corporate or HOA board experience as of 2023.

The second resident’s initial impression of Mr Fuentez was as promoting himself and R.R. to their neighborhood as an “upstanding, G-rated, high powered couple”, as “high powered businessman and his supportive wife”.

Both residents claim circumstances where Mr Fuentez and R.R. may have portrayed their lives to the community during the HOA appointment “as a knowledgeable, trustworthy manager for our HOA”, but “[Mr Fuentez] didn’t explain anything else to us”.

If these claims are true, it seems residents may be concerned about 1) the ramifications of financial and legal management of their HOA, and 2) possibly if their HOA Board President does have the successful business experience that residents heard rumors about.

These two residents claim that several neighbors share their concerns about how Mr Fuentez earned his spot as VP, then President, of the HOA board by only a few selected votes, and that several neighbors share concerns about their HOA board member not actually being a property owner within their neighborhood.

We also recommended to these residents to consult with an attorney.

We encourage residents to document any concerns they may have, and to report any concerns of mismanagement to the appropriate Texas agencies. We encourage residents to exercise their right to vote in HOA board elections, and to exercise their 1st amendment rights if any concerns arise within their community.

UPDATE April 2024: New updates demonstrate that R.R. and Mr Fuentez continue to maintain a relationship, so this previously published page is being reinstated after being taken offline in August 2023.

We hope our readers can make fully informed choices about their romantic relationships.

UPDATE 12-30-2022: Mr Fuentez continues to visit and sometimes spend nights with a friend near the UT Austin campus, even as R.R. continues to live with Mr Fuentez at his home in Austin at the same time. His behavior indicates that he is hiding these visits from R.R. As of December 29th, it appears Mr Fuentez took a New Year’s cruise, most likely with R.R. They enjoy taking vacations together to patch their relationship, even as Mr Fuentez continues to see other women right up to and right after any visits or vacations with R.R. It is not clear how effective these vacations are if Mr Fuentez continues to remain polyamorous behind R.R.’s back. We wish Mr Fuentez a relaxing vacation and a Happy New Year in 2023.

UPDATE 12-20-22: Mr Fuentez and R.R. are still engaged in a relationship with each other. Mr Fuentez enjoyed holiday time at a friend’s house in west Ft Worth from December 18th-19th. He also spent the next couple of days with R.R to give her a turn while he was conveniently in the DFW area, before returning to his home in north Austin area on 12-19-22.

UPDATE 12-3-2022: Mr Fuentez spent time with R.R. and friends in the Dallas-Ft Worth area shortly before the Thanksgiving holiday, but chose to spend Thanksgiving Day in the home of another friend nearby his own home in the North Austin area. He continues to remain in touch with other females in the Austin area when R.R. is out of town and has restarted contact with “Another Austin Woman” in the NW Austin area as of November 2022.

UPDATE 9-25-2022: Mr Fuentez spent entertainment time with a female companion in the afternoon and evening of Sept 24th and spent the night at an Austin residence that appears to belong to her. It is unclear what relationship they have to each other, but R.R.’s absence may indicate a romantic relationship between Mr Fuentez and this female.

UPDATE 9-14-2022: On the night of Sept 11th, 2022, Mr Fuentez stayed the night in the Dallas-Ft Worth area with a female that was not R.R. and returned in the early morning hours of Sept 12th for work. Since R.R. established a residence with Mr Fuentez more than 18 months ago, these hasty secretive overnight trips have had to take place when either R.R or Mr Fuentez is out of town. 4 such overnight stays with other women have occurred since August 1st, 2022. It is not known if or how many women may still be supplying him with drugs, pleasure or funding in addition to R.R.

UPDATE 8-21-2022: On August 16th, Gilbert Fuentez stayed the night in Georgetown, TX with a woman who is not R.R. before returning to his home in Round Rock the morning of August 17th. Early information indicates it may be one of the women he is involved with from Waco but may also be someone from the greater Austin area. It is unknown if it was T.W., J.D., one of the other 2 women whom we have spoken with before or someone new. We will make updates to this page as we learn more information.

UPDATE: 8-10-2022: One of Gilbert Fuentez’ women in Austin whom he has been involved with for years, and who lives not too far from his prior residence, and is aware of his relationship with R.R., is aware of Gilbert Fuentez’ recent trip to the Virginia coast with R.R. The average person could theorize this hurts her tremendously and the same reasonable person would question: why remain with him? Given past communications with this woman, the probability that confusion, lies, fear of abandonment and manipulation may be used to keep her with him is very high, as the 13 documented women we have talked with and/or written about fit the pattern that Gilbert Fuentez chooses who may be susceptible to combinations of such tactics. Of course, other reasons may also exist that she chooses to stay with him.

UPDATE 5-23-2022: It appears that R.R. and Mr Fuentez are still engaged, as they appeared to enjoy their annual vacation together this past weekend, despite Mr Fuentez’ newest relationship with another female in the Austin area. This newest female has now been identified after he recently visited her home for a few hours during business day hours. This newest story is developing and has not been published yet. It is unclear whether R.R. remains unaware of Mr Fuentez developing new relationships with additional women nearby his home at the same time he is engaged to R.R., or if she is aware and continues to remain helpless to stop Mr Fuentez from doing so. We are investigating this newest development and will publish as we complete our story.

UPDATE 5-31-2021: R.R. and Gilbert Fuentez enjoyed Memorial Day weekend 2021 together, where they returned to South Padre Island to spend the holiday weekend together again, as they did a few months ago. It appears that she is living part-time at his apartment when she is not out of town on traveling nursing work and that Gilbert Fuentez remains free to bring to his apartment whomever he chooses when she is not there.

R.R. is aware of the many other women he currently has and has had romantic and/or sexual relationships with recently, however, she may or may not be aware of other women, as it is unclear how many women Gilbert Fuentez has personally informed her about.

We have heard from three additional women who have requested to remain unpublished. Two of these three women have reached out to us very recently and have had very unique experiences with Gilbert Fuentez which renders us unable to publish their story without certain facts being revealed which would identify them and they do not wish to be identified. Their privacy remains paramount to our organization and we appreciate the helpful information they have shared with us to follow up on.

One of these three woman stated that she will continue her relationship for the time being with Gilbert Fuentez despite being made aware of his relationship with R.R.

Additionally, there have been significant developments in Gilbert Fuentez’ relationship with T.W., which remains on-going, however we will not be providing updates to that page at this time.

However, despite R.R.’s informed consent within her own individual relationship to Gilbert Fuentez, every other woman who has reached out to our site over the last year have all consistently stated that they were not aware he was in a committed relationship with anyone and that Gilbert Fuentez presented himself to these women as if he was single. Most of these women have been involved in sex-only relationships with Gilbert Fuentez, however, that is not the case with all women who have reached out to us who have provided us with proof of a substantive romantic relationship with Gilbert Fuentez beyond just sex. R.R. continues to remain loyal to her relationship to Gilbert Fuentez despite his expansive and well-documented infidelity on his behalf.

We will continue to communicate with women who reach out to us, maintain their confidentiality and act on any information they provide us. We couldn’t do this without our readers! Thank you!

UPDATE: October 1^st, 2020:

There are 4 lengthy parts to this update.

Our lead reporter has gained access to two important sets of documents regarding R.R.’s employment.

1. 1) Texas Board of Nursing complaint filed in January 2020

The Texas Board of Nursing complaint against R.R. has concluded on the basis of insufficient evidence that meets the standard of “beyond a reasonable doubt” that can be submitted as proof at trial of R.R.’s admitted theft of drugs from her workplace for her boyfriend Gilbert Fuentez.

This conclusion of the complaint does NOT assert that no evidence exists, nor does it assert that R.R. is innocent of any wrongdoing, nor that her own admissions of misconduct were not credible.

Unfortunately, administerial law in Texas prohibits the Texas Board of Nursing from conducting a trial without evidence that meets the evidentiary burden of “beyond a reasonable doubt”, even as Board of Nursing sanctions are civil and administerial, and not always criminal in nature.

Her recorded admission of misconduct met the criteria for “clear and convincing” evidentiary standards.  

A source close to R.R. revealed in April 2020 that R.R.’s lawyer’s approach was to get the Board of Nursing complaint dismissed based on solely on documents and records procured from R.R.’s employer and employment that circumvented her own recorded admission of misconduct. 

That legal maneuver seems to have worked. 

Nurses may engage in theft and professional misconduct, and may admit to doing so in audio or video recordings, but may not be prosecuted in trial on the basis of that admission alone.

Evidentiary standards at trial require additional records to be produced from her employer’s records, drug tests, and/or witness testimony that documents and sustains that nurse’s admission to misconduct. 

Additionally, Gilbert Fuentez admitted to the co-worker that R.R. also consumes illegal drugs with him, but he refused to submit a statement to the Texas Board of Nursing about this. With Gilbert Fuentez refusing to tell the truth to the Board of Nursing, R.R. additionally avoided a key witness’ testimony that could have been submitted at trial. With R.R.’s continued financial support of Gilbert Fuentez, his refusal to tell the truth and protect her from the consequences of her actions is his way of protecting his financial asset.

A nurse’s Constitutional right to protection of self-incrimination means they do not have to provide any evidence, dates, times, locations, medications or any specific information that Board of Nursing investigators may use to locate the data needed to prosecute a nurse, even as they have admitted to this unprofessional and illegal misconduct.

2) Other healthcare professionals weigh in on R.R.’s actions

Our lead investigative reporter has close contacts with several key, high-ranking managers and directors within the health care system, as her background is in journalistic coverage of corruption and mismanagement within health care, and fraud and services billing.

She reached out to a hospital manager in the Texas Health Resources system to inquire about the easiest vulnerabilities where a nurse may be able to steal medications without documented records to show that theft. 

We have agreed to maintain his anonymity in exchange for candid insider information.

He stated that it most easily occurs at the time of counting medications at the end of a shift.  That counting is based on the honor system in inputting numerical counts into the computer-based software, whether scanning barcodes on the medications or manually inputting of medication information, or writing on paper logs.

He stated that most inaccurate counts of what is entered into the software and what is on-hand is dismissed by supervisors as “input error”, especially if those counts do not match and are off by only a few quantities that do not spark any substantive alarm for supervisors. 

He stated that, given enough time, lack of supervisory oversight, a nurse’s expertise in inputting reasons for dispositioning patient medications and/or counting medications on-hand generates a substantial loss over time to the hospital system.  He stated that the practice is widespread, no matter how many or what types of medication count controls exist, and is such a substantial issue that millions of dollars are lost each year that could be put to good use in serving patients. 

In his professional experience of 14 years as a supervisor in 3 major health care system entities, he offered that as many as 50% of nurses are illegally stealing medications to take home to their family and friends and as many as 10% of nurses are illegally stealing medication to sustain their own illicit drug habit.  In the case of R.R., she admitted to a varied combination of both.

He stated that the flawed practice of Board of Nursing investigations to rely on proverbial needles in haystacks that exist in the vast quantities of hospital records data, over the course of many months, especially for traveling nurses that work at many facilities, creates a well-known oasis of legal safety for nurses who are accused of misconduct to skirt the law and avoid trial and official sanctions. 

He stated that the lack of a proverbial smoking gun in an employer’s records, or the lack of the nurse getting caught in the act, are not an indication of innocence but rather a lack of evidence of guilt. 

He said this is a systemic weakness in most hospital inventory management systems, as well as within the Texas administerial code to effect any substantial action or effect on nurses stealing and/or using drugs illicitly. He used the adage that “it’s not whether someone is guilty but whether or not their guilt can be proven” that applies in R.R.’s instance.

3) Shifting jurisdiction to the Drug Enforcement Agency

In conjunction with the evidence that has already been submitted to the Texas Board of Nursing, and with a tip submitted in April 2020 by a person close to R.R., independent investigations have been underway for the last several months to gather evidence to submit to the federal Drug Enforcement Agency. The DEA supersedes Texas jurisdiction in matters related to the diversion of prescription medications and can investigate and prosecute in all 50 states.

With the Texas Board of Nursing complaint unable to move towards trial, independent investigatory evidence gained over the last several months by licensed private investigators will be referred to the DEA’s Diversion Control Division to conduct their own federal investigation and to monitor R.R. and her network of contacts to build a case and take appropriate action at the federal level. 

The resources and strategies of the DEA Diversion Control Division are vast, unique and much more flexible in working criminal cases than the state-adjudicated, limited administerial powers that constrain the Texas Board of Nursing in their investigations and sanctions.

Additionally, other legal avenues are being considered regarding notification of R.R.’s employers of her recorded admission of misconduct.  The Texas Board of Nursing is unable to notate her license in the registry of her admission, which would effectively notify any employers of a previously filed complaint of misconduct, as this complaint did not lead to a conclusion of a trial and official sanction. Texas administerial law prohibits notification to employers of complaints themselves and of any investigations dispositioned by any other means other than sanction by the Board of Nursing itself. 

4) Open Records Requests

Public hospitals or medical facilities which are funded or operated by a governmental entity are subject to FOIA and Open Records Requests, as are private hospitals to the extent that they are subject to FOIA for the programs or services they administer with state or federal funding.

After filing several Open Records Requests with various state-run or state-funded medical facilities and private hospitals receiving state or federal funding across the State of Texas, 2 facilities returned positive records results that R.R. had performed work as a nurse at their facility sometime between October 2019 and September 10th, 2020. These facilities are spread out over various areas of Texas.

The records our lead reporter has received lists a travel nursing agency as a 3rd party agent on some of the records, in addition to the managing entity names for these facilities and R.R. as an employee on the records.

This confirms information our investigative reporter received from a source close to R.R. in April 2020 that she is employed as a traveling nurse. Records indicate at least in a part-time capacity, with hours logged at these facilities as less than full-time, based on 40 hours per week.

However, by combining records and understanding shift scheduling for nurses, it appears R.R. is most likely working 60-70 hours per week total, as opposed to her boyfriend Gilbert Fuentez, who averages 35 hours each week at his fast food job, as repeatedly observed by private investigators over the last several months. Because of this, R.R. still continues to be one of several women who financially support him in a part-time, pay-for-time relationship.

To maintain R.R.’s privacy and safety, we will not be releasing any information regarding the facilities that positive records results were returned for.

It is unknown whether she continues to work for those facilities.

The main purpose of filing these FOIA requests has been to document that R.R. has continued working in the capacity as a nurse, albeit as a traveling nurse, through the entire course of the Board of Nursing complaint investigation and to maintain data points that the DEA Diversion Control Division can utilize it’s course of investigation.

Additional records requests are still pending for additional facilities and this page may be updated as those records requests are returned to us.

Receiving unexpected records reveals new insight……

Proprietary information regarding HOW the Texas Board of Nursing conducts their investigations with facilities, records and nurses who are in violation of criminal laws and professional ethics standards of medical providers has been released in some documents to some extent.

Our lead investigator intends to retain this information for future reporting on healthcare corruption stories, as it provides proof of inadequate administerial power by the Texas Board of Nursing to affect actual action and change. These records will not be published to our site.

PSA for patients and families: you are allowed to speak up!

If you recognize R.R. as a nurse who is working with you as a patient, you always have the option, as you have with any healthcare service worker, of requesting a different nurse due to any concerns you may have, especially if you are worried that R.R. may possibly be under the influence of any medications that may impair her professional conduct or care, or if you might possibly be concerned with making sure your medications are administered to you in full.

If at any time you feel the standard of care is subpar or untrustworthy with any medical provider, we encourage patients to file complaints immediately with the facility and with the Texas Board of Nursing.

UPDATE September 9th, 2020: R.R. is still involved in a committed relationship with Gilbert Fuentez. Her car was sighted at his apartment for several days while his truck was not on the premises during those same 6 days and it appears they took their annual vacation together over the Labor Day weekend.

We have additional updates on R.R. regarding her nursing career but are waiting on documents to come in from two state agencies. When we get those documents, one of our writers will update this story with that information.

UPDATE June 3rd, 2020: We have made several edits to the content on this page, including the following update. We have been contacted 3 times since mid-April 2020 by a former, mutual friend of R.R.’s and her ex-boyfriend that occurred right before Gilbert Fuentez. We hesitated to publish this information, despite the screenshots and proof offered to us about these events, as they are heart-wrenching and deeply personal. After communicating at length with the former, mutual friend and guaranteeing their privacy as a source and receiving screenshots from them, we have come to better understand their perspective in “setting the record straight” on some items that occurred in R.R.’s relationship prior to the one with Gilbert Fuentez and why they feel that it impacts R.R.’s relationship with Gilbert Fuentez currently today. UPDATE May 3rd, 2020: We published the April 28th, 2020 update below, but temporarily removed it after we were contacted again by the friend who shared this April 28th information with us. After speaking with the friend, we received their permission to repost the April 28th update. The friend called us a second time to share with us that R.R. is furious that any of her friends and/or family would speak to us and she has ordered any and all people she knows to stop talking with us. This friend has chosen to continue talking with us and stated that it is “not likely” that others will obey R.R.’s orders. This friend also remembered one more detail that they wanted to share with us after our first phone call. R.R. has laughingly joked to friends and family that “they are being spied on (meaning R.R. and Gilbert Fuentez)” and that they have had “pretend conversations with fake information in Gilbert Fuentez’ apartment and vehicle and on the phone in case anyone is listening”. If this is true, it is pure paranoia. Our investigative reporter struggled not to laugh while hearing this and the friend agreed that is “it’s paranoid and crazy” and started laughing themselves. We appreciate this friend for coming forward and the others who have spoken with us but do not want any information they have shared with us to be published to our story.

UPDATE April 28th, 2020: Another close friend of R.R.’s reached out to us and we spoke with the friend on the condition of total anonymity. We validated this friend’s credibility through their social media. The friend confirmed that R.R. and Gilbert Fuentez are still in a relationship and she comes to see him often [in Austin]. What the friend told us next was quite unexpected: that R.R. has expressed to her friends and family that she can now see other people if she wants to. In other words, they appear to have agreed to an open relationship. The friend confirmed that they do have future plans for their relationship. The friend has shared those with us, but due to facts surrounding those future plans, we cannot divulge those to this site without being able to trace those facts back to this friend. The confidentiality of our sources is paramount to us.

We were surprised at the nature of these plans and it remains to be seen whether 1) their open (and now ethical) relationship will continue after these plans happen and 2) whether other current or future women of Gilbert Fuentez will be told the truth upfront about his relationship status so that they may honestly be able to agree to have an open relationship, with everyone on board.  R.R. has expressed to friends and family that their plans include “getting out of Texas [together]” and that she is excited to have “have him (Gilbert Fuentez) come visit her”. 

The friend echoed to us what others have stated to us who are close to R.R. (some of which have contacted us but asked that we not mention them or anything they have told us at all): that R.R.’s family and friends are “trying hard to be happy for her” [but do not wish to see her with Gilbert in any capacity], much less with any future plans for this relationship. The friend relayed that R.R.’s plans are “on hold for now” and that the friend does not believe that there will be a change in those plans, regardless of the timeline.

We asked the friend: “Do you believe that, given his 20 year documented history of running multiple, full relationships simultaneously using lies and deception, Gilbert Fuentez will be able to sustain a life-time, committed relationship, open or closed, that is ethical with R.R?”  The friend said that “no one believes that” and their tone was serious and assertive.  The friend responded to our question of “Are you afraid that [R.R] will be hurt if she follows through?” and their response was “It’s gonna happen; it’s just a matter of time”.  The friend told us that multiple family members and friends have “wanted to kick his (Gilbert’s) a** for all of it”…..meaning all the things that have now been exposed……and that “[R.R.] is the only one who believes him (Gilbert)” and that those family members and friends have said “he (Gilbert) isn’t wanted around them”.  The friend stated that they have “seen her (R.R.) hurt before” but “she kinda asked for it cuz she didn’t listen”.  We closed our interview with the friend with the following question: “Why do you think he (Gilbert) won’t let her go?” and the friend replied with their own question as an answer: “Who else gives a s*** enough about him (Gilbert) to care what happens to him?”.  Thank you to this friend, and the others, for speaking with us!

UPDATE April 23rd, 2020: After the publishing of this story, some of R.R.’s family and friends have contacted us and expressed their support for the co-worker and to thank us and her for coming forward with the truth. One particular close friend of many years stated that she had long since “given up trying” to rationalize and help R.R. see the truth, that it “put a strain on their friendship”, that most of her family and friends could see the truth but that R.R. refused to no matter who or what happened. She said that R.R. perceives her dedication to believe Gilbert Fuentez and his version of events as love and that she feels rewarded by Gilbert when he sees her succumbing to his manipulation and control.

She said that R.R.’s mother has been “very worried for a long time” about R.R.’s constant swinging moods back and forth about this relationship like a pendulum and that “[R.R.] goes back and forth to us with breaking up with him and staying with him” and that “[R.R.] sometimes gets what’s going on and other times no one can even talk to her about it”. She said several family and friends have tried to speak with her because they are genuinely concerned for her and love her unconditionally and that Gilbert has her “brainwashed” into thinking “he is all she needs in the world (even against her own children)” and that “R.R. is all that Gilbert has in the world”.

As this was all being described to us, we asked the friend if they “think they are star-crossed lovers like Romeo and Juliet who have to fight against the universe to save each other” and the friend said “that’s the best way to describe it!”, “even if it costs them everything and everyone in the end”, “that Gilbert has made R.R. think she can save him from bad consequences and sometimes she is blamed that she is the reason for his bad [consequences] and [she is] made to feel responsible and guilty to save him” and that she “has never seen R.R. behave this like with any other man because this has messed her up so bad and [R.R.] doesn’t understand anything anymore”.

(The co-worker has expressed to us that she experienced some of these things herself, and so has V.L. and some others to the co-worker. The co-worker expressed her extreme confusion as to how she simultaneously became the toxic glue that held them together in a common cause, and yet how they can completely blame all their problems off on the co-worker as a scapegoat, even the problems that existed before the co-worker, and yet how they can completely pretend that absolutely nothing is wrong and everything is just fine.)

This close friend echoed the co-worker’s thoughts verbatim. The friend states that countless people around R.R. have experienced the same dissonance…..and have longed since “just shut-up about it all” because they effectively become a “a problem” also to “complain about between them [R.R. and Gilbert]” and “[attempts] to help, be supportive or even [express] their true opinions on it all” has found them being “turned against” and “all of a sudden caught up in their drama”. The friend expressed that “it’s just become something we don’t talk about anymore” and that “[she] loves [R.R.] to death and would do anything for her but she has to not talk about it or she gets blamed as if she is responsible for all their problems”. That so many people have “given up” and “maybe they [R.R. and Gilbert] think it’s winning when we just shut-up and give up”.

This friend’s identifying information will not be shared to this site so that no retaliation occurs towards the friend from either R.R. or Gilbert. We deeply appreciate her, and others, who have come forward to speak with us to lend clarity and help us write a better, more accurate story. New information is coming forward every day and we will update this site as often as we can.

R.R. is a nurse originally from the Ft Worth area, although information has also located her in other cities across Texas and other states recently also. She has taken traveling nursing jobs across the state and country due to circumstances with her last employer. She graduated with her BSN in December 2018. She comes from a tight knit family and friends who all love her very much, even as they cannot stand Gilbert Fuentez……and that is because of all of the reasons below.

Update: As of April 17th, 2020 he is still cheating behind R.R.’s back. He was observed on April 17th at his apartment around 5pm until around 9pm with another woman that was not R.R., even as she continues to wear her gold wedding band in public. A state-wide search through the Texas Health and Human Services database reveals no marriage license between these two individuals, but revealed marriage licenses for both of these individuals’ past marriages to previous spouses. Friends and family members have hinted to our reporter that it is most likely their plan is to marry in July and move in together when his lease is up.

As of April 17th, 2020, he and T.W. are still taking ineffective evasive measures to avoid being detected by switching up methods to avoid detection.

Investigations are on-going with T.W. and will not be published to this site until investigators release evidence to us, if possible, due to possible criminal matters.

T.W. spent the night at his apartment on March 14th, 2020 from about 4am to 10am, and just hours later R.R. shows up completely unaware to spend Saturday night and Sunday with her man, as is her normal routine. See more information on this below and on the T.W. page.

Gilbert Fuentez and R.R. began their relationship in summer of 2017, while he was also involved in multi-year relationships with V.L., L.R. and his relationship began with T.W. shortly after beginning a relationship with R.R.

The cheating is first discovered…..

It was discovered by the co-worker, after about 3 months of being involved with the co-worker, that Gilbert Fuentez was involved with R.R. In November 2018, the co-worker asked him about this mysterious woman who kept coming to his classroom and delivering lunch to him once or twice a week when Gilbert expected the co-worker to supply him breakfast and lunch most of the time. He told the co-worker that was someone he was just dating. On another occasion, they were broken up and that he was single, that he wasn’t married and could do what he wanted. He would never give a straight answer to the co-worker except statements that were along the lines of that he wasn’t emotionally invested with R.R. and to disregard her and to continue on with what the co-worker and Gilbert Fuentez had.

Lies are uncovered…..

However, the real story was much different. He had a key to her home and practically lived there as his 2nd residence each night and on weekends. R.R.’s family and friends were like his extended family and he spent alot of time with them. R.R. stated that “they were together all the time”.

He was also able to successfully hide his relationship with R.R. from his girlfriend V.L. in Austin until September 2019. (Read more about this on the V.L. page)

Every opportunity he gets to be with another woman behind R.R.’s turned back, he does so AND continues to do so. It was quite sickening and reveals the kind of character he has.

He literally leaves one woman and begins communicating instantaneously with another one and ceases communication when he arrives to another woman. All under the guise that he suffered from crippling depression or overwhelming work hours to explain his extended missing time and “ghosting” women when he did not communicate with them while in the company of another woman.

He spent the night at his apartment with T.W. just hours before R.R. showed up to his apartment on March 14th, 2020 to spend the night out on the town with her man. During their outing to a winery and then a restaurant, private investigators witnessed quite the hilarious show with intentional, exaggerated flaunting public displays of affection between them to see if any private investigators were watching. He makes quite the fool of her. They both know the cheating has been and is going on….but they seem to simultaneously be unaware of and yet relish in their psychological acrobatics to convince themselves of each of their own make believe realities rather than the one that actually exists.

Hopefully, he changed the bedsheets so R.R. wouldn’t find hair and vaginal fluids from another woman like another of his women did.

UPDATE TO FIRST RELEASE: One of his other women confessed to the co-worker that she had received 2 sexually transmitted diseases from Gilbert Fuentez and was deeply devastated by this. Given his preference to not use protection amongst all of these women, and others he finds on dating apps, this allegation does not appear to be surprising.

What their relationship actually is……

They interact as if he’s her child and she’s his mother. He’s made her feel as if she is all he has in this world, down on his luck, and she is his savior. Even convincing her to buy him groceries is meant to trigger her mothering instincts to take care of one of her children when they have no food in the house. But, his bad luck and alienation from nearly everyone in, past and present, is a result of HIS own damaging actions.

He’s very skilled at triggering this nurturing, pity instinct by appearing childlike and needy. Her standing by his side, even as just hours before he was having sex and doing drugs with another woman in the same bed that R.R. would sleep in that night, is sickening……..but maybe she feels as if she’s the most amazing woman in the world to her man for sticking by his side, no matter what he has done and will continue to do to her.

A family member who contacted us suggested that she seems to be his emotional NPD “supply”.

This is more like a mother who will never quit or turn on her son; no matter what he does, she will always love him and take care of him and protect him from everyone else, meanwhile refusing to see his true character. She’s an enabler for his illicit drug use, instead of helping him get clean, because the drugs make him happy, so she stands by benevolently watching him use, both what she supplies him and what he gets elsewhere. Aren’t nurses supposed to help people get better?

Maybe some people are into this kind of thing, but it’s not an equal relationship based in romantic love and reciprocity of taking care of each other as healthy adults; it’s more like she treats him like another one of her children and she’s feels like a good mom for doing so.

He’s happy to maintain a role of acting like her son; she’s buying him groceries, helping pay his bills, giving him sex, acts as an ally and she will go to great psychological lengths to convince herself this site is full of lies and wholesale believes everything he tells her. It’s the easiest manipulation of a sugar mama that he’s probably ever had.

Having been busted in all his lies, he’s probably on his toes with her and she’s enjoying the extra affection he’s giving her to keep her happy. What a ridiculous thing to celebrate.

Normal people usually do not behave this way and would struggle to successfully pull off the mental stunts a woman has to to believe the lying denials of all of these things he is doing behind her back and has done and will continue to do……to convince herself that she is in a romantic relationship based on loyal, committed love, equal reciprocity and trust.

She shows up, takes care of him and leaves and, while she’s gone, he plays around with other women who’s just as convinced as she is that Gilbert Fuentez is their man no matter what.

He’s got it made: sit at home, let her come to him, pay his bills and fund his life expenses, get a little bit of attention from him, give him sex, be his cheerleader, and go along her way back to her life. The only effort he has to put in is to call or text her daily and use free, cheap and instant words to lie to her face about who he really is and what he does when she’s not around.

Even if they move in together full time, he HAS and WILL cheat on her when she’s not home or at work.

He is adept at running full relationships with many women at a time. The moment she turns her back and doesn’t leave his side 24-7, he will cheat. He has lied to her in the past and will continue lying to make up some excuse that he’s shopping, working or other activities to have women at the apartment or go to the other women’s houses. She will get exhausted if she constantly tries to keep up with his whereabouts 24-7, because he will make it exhausting, because he doesn’t want her to do this and he will make her give up eventually. She will simply believe the lies of where he is, without seeing it for herself…..and that’s the same thing that is going on now.

Hasn’t she already tried this…..when they lived in Ft Worth….but he insisted they live separately so he could continue to use his apartment to cheat….but yet he could come and go from her house at his leisure because he had a key and was with her most nights and weekends…….and yet he was still running full relationships with 4 other women besides her? (see more information on these relationships below)

Nothing has changed. The only thing that’s changed is that she is now aware he lies to her constantly and he cheats…..and yet she still seems to think it’s all going to turn out differently. This sounds similar to the “definition” of insanity….

Rest assured, one of two things will happen as his lease nears the end in July 2020 a) the moment he gets financially back on his proverbial feet or b) they move in together and she is forced to suffocate him to keep him honest…….he will dump her because the benefit of using her will be outlived by his desire to keep her around. They have probably hatched a plan to set up and play house together once his lease is up, much as he tried with his 9 year girlfriend V.L. in August 2019, however, this will not last long.

Beyond the cheating, both have complained about serious issues within their relationship, and about each other, and they drink for hours at a time at home and at local breweries to temporarily self-medicate their problems away with each other. This is will not work in the long run.

In May 2019, he even discussed him wanting to ask the co-worker to spy on R.R. to find out if she was cheating on him. (She said no) He has always been paranoid R.R. is cheating on him because she has cheated in her past and he doesn’t trust her.

UPDATE June 3rd, 2020: We have been contacted 3 times by a former, mutual friend of R.R. and her ex-boyfriend’s. We initially did not publish this information due to it’s sensitive nature. However, the friend wanted to share with us that “it is not only him [Gilbert Fuentez] who’s cheated”. The friend confirmed that R.R. continued to maintain an on-again, off-again sexual relationship with her ex-boyfriend during the first year that Gilbert Fuentez and R.R. were together. The former friend shared screenshots that provide irrefutable proof of this.

But, the former friend had more to share besides this. They shared with us a shocking allegation and some additional screenshots which seem to support this additional information. They allege that R.R. became pregnant unexpectedly during this time by her ex-boyfriend and may have chosen to have an elective abortion to hide her infidelity. The screenshots show that, when the friend asked how R.R. was “going to explain this to him [Gilbert Fuentez]”, R.R. said she would just say “it was a minor medical procedure” she was having….”if he suspicioned anything”. Their follow-up conversation days later shows the friend asking “how it was going” to R.R. and R.R. states that “he [Gilbert Fuentez] never caught on”.

The former friend alleges that R.R. gave plenty of grief of her own to her ex-boyfriend during their tumultuous relationship, despite R.R. constantly portraying herself as a victim to their mutual friends. (We have not received any screenshots regarding this allegation.) The former friend stated that R.R. “didn’t give any warning signs that she was planning on bailing out of their [R.R and ex-boyfriend’s] relationship”…..that “she [R.R.] waited until she had something solid with someone else before just bailing [the ex-boyfriend] and it took people by surprise”….that it still “didn’t stop her from making the rounds, coming back sometimes, wanting to be with him again sometimes, saying she missed him and she was sorry” and the former friend said this led to them having sexual relations from time to time while R.R. was in a relationship with Gilbert Fuentez.

The screenshots that were shared with us demonstrate unambiguous evidence, in R.R.’s own words, to prove her and her ex-boyfriend’s continued romantic encounters after she entered into a relationship with Gilbert Fuentez. The screenshots do not show any context as to whether these romantic encounters with her ex-boyfriend occurred during times when R.R. and Gilbert Fuentez were temporarily broken up, or occurred when things were going great in that relationship. However, the abortion allegation conversation occurred several weeks prior to Gilbert Fuentez assaulting R.R. on May 26th, 2018.

The former friend explained to us that they haven’t really had much contact with R.R. in the last two years. The former friend had heard through other mutual friends that R.R. had moved “because she supposedly got a promotion”. The former friend read this story on Twitter and was shocked to find out the truth, so they reached out to us. Eventually we agreed to include the information they shared with us on this site once we received screenshots verifying the information the former friend shared with us.

Information currently suggests there are at least 3 other women he has had sexual encounters with since moving to Austin, but it is unclear at the moment if a new relationship with one of them has begun. There are likely other women not yet documented, which may be customers he interacts with, fellow students in his college courses, a co-worker he currently works with, or other women from his past he has numbers for, as well as random women from hook-up sites he has been known to use.

Not his first cheating rodeo……

This kind of infidelity conduct has been going on since he was 19 years old with his ex-wife and the two women he cheated on his wife with. He wound up fathering two other children with those women that wasn’t his wife and that led to their divorce. When R.R. first discovered the truth, there was hope for her…..

R.R. first discovered the co-worker and Gilbert Fuentez’ involvement when the co-worker couldn’t stomach the deception and lies he was telling R.R. anymore. She decided to tell R.R. the truth the night of May 7th, 2019 in an effort to do the right thing by R.R. Because of the condescending statements he had made about R.R. (see below), the co-worker knew she needed to bring R.R. proof of their involvement, which had been going on for 7 months at that point. He intended to lie and manipulate her if he ever got caught cheating, and he admitted as much on audio recording later on on the night of May 7th, 2019 after he got busted cheating on R.R.

Due to concerns about Gilbert’s lying habits and not knowing how R.R. would receive this information, the co-worker decided to set her phone on record mode in her pocket to meet with R.R. to avoid any allegations or lies that may arise later. During this May 7th, 2019, 40 minute conversation between R.R. and the co-worker, R.R. and the co-worker discussed the following things:

1. that she drove him to the workman’s comp clinic on 4-16-2019, where he submitted a substituted urine sample and it failed for temperature, and she drove him back to the administration building afterwards. Later on that evening of 4-16-2019, Gilbert Fuentez would allege that R.R. gave him a urine sample of her own to submit.
2. that Gilbert Fuentez had asked her to steal drugs from her job at the hospital and she admitted to getting him Tramadol and other medications. It is unknown whether those medications were stolen from patients or from the hospital inventory. (see below for more info on this)
3. that Gilbert Fuentez had “beaten her ass” before. She showed the co-worker bloody pictures of her face taken on R.R.’s phone right after the assault had happened. She and the co-worker both agreed he has quite a temper.
4. that he told the co-worker that he isn’t intimate with R.R. very often because doesn’t enjoy it with her
5. that Gilbert Fuentez was involved with at least 2-3 other women. The co-worker did not give details to R.R. that she knew about the other women; only that he was seeing others besides the co-worker.
6. that R.R. stated she always knew and felt he was cheating and that someone would come to her house one day and she’d find out the truth (these suspicions were also voiced by V.L. and she had felt that way for years before she found out the truth in September 2019)
7. where R.R. and the co-worker called him on the phone to confront him and he refused to answer any questions. R.R. told him to return her house key under the mat.
8. where the co-worker handed R.R. several documents submitted to Everman ISD that proved Gilbert Fuentez’ and the co-worker’s relationship.
9. where the co-worker handed R.R. the text messages between Gilbert Fuentez and the co-worker from 4-16-2019 where he admitted to using cocaine and marijuana and would test positive for the drug test while he was at the workman’s comp clinic.
10. (UPDATED May 31st, 2020) where the co-worker asks R.R. if she knew about a trip he was going to be taking out of town and R.R. was told by him he was going to see Courtney, his counselor in Austin. The co-worker told R.R. the truth: that he was supposed to be going to a cabin with the co-worker that he asked her to book for the both of them to get away for a bit but bailed at the last minute. He told the co-worker that he “didn’t want to leave his apartment” but, when she video chatted with him 45 minutes later at the cabin to show it all to him, he was dressed nice and driving in his truck. That she asked him to pull over to see the video chat and he did. (It did not dawn on the co-worker til days later that he lied about staying home to the co-worker and lied to R.R. about going to see Courtney. It turns out he was going to see another woman instead of R.R. or the co-worker)
11. and other miscellaneous items between two women who were hurting badly because of the pain that Gilbert Fuentez had inflicted on both of them.

When the truth doesn’t matter……

She seemed to be done with him for good. However, less than 48 hours later she took him back and turned on the co-worker. The co-worker was told that Gilbert Fuentez had told R.R. that she was nothing but a psycho, lying stalker, side chick and that the co-worker should not be believed at all.

Despite being handed evidence and having the co-worker’s phone number to look into this herself, she swallowed wholesale the lies Gilbert Fuentez told her. He was right about her…..she WOULD take him back again no matter what. (see below)

After leaving R.R.’s house, Gilbert Fuentez demanded that the co-worker come to his apartment because he had something to show her. Fearing for her safety, she reluctantly agreed but decided to also record this conversation should anything happen to her.

Truths emerge……

At his apartment later on the night of May 7th, 2019, Gilbert Fuentez and the co-worker fight and argue, mostly about his cheating being discovered and his lies to R.R. being brought to light. He stated he didn’t love R.R., he was already making plans to leave her the upcoming month, that the co-worker shouldn’t care if he lied and manipulated R.R. and that he wanted to leave R.R. under different circumstances than this.

His primary goals in planning to leave R.R. under different circumstances were to 1) maintain the drug connection he had with her cousin, whom he admitted was his plug on this audio recording taken at his apartment that night and 2) so that she would not be upset with him and go to the police about his assault on her.

About 2am, R.R.’s cousin came to Gilbert Fuentez’ apartment and slashed two of his tires on his truck. The co-worker witnessed the person doing this and, based on her description, Gilbert identified that man as the same cousin of R.R.’s who was supplying him cocaine and drugs. He calls the police to report “gun shots” but police never arrived because the call timed out. He panics and flushes dozens of 1″ baggies of cocaine down the toilet while waiting on the police to arrive. He was terrified they were going to get a warrant to search his apartment, much like they were on May 26th, 2018 when he assaulted R.R., and they would find his cocaine and he would go to jail.

Towards the end of the nearly 5 hours of being his apartment, the co-worker is getting ready to leave, he begged the co-worker to please tell R.R. that the co-worker lied to R.R. to have an excuse to calm R.R. down. The co-worker stated that she was NOT going to do this. She had not lied to R.R. about anything. She was not going to tell R.R. a lie that she had lied about anything.

She does it anyway…..

Despite this, the next day, Gilbert Fuentez was pressuring the co-worker hard to find some way to fix this situation, since it was a situation she had created. Guilt ensued and the co-worker relented. She merely told R.R. that she did lie about one thing…….but she also told R.R. that Gilbert Fuentez had asked her to lie to R.R……..and that he asked the co-worker to tell R.R. that she lied to her about this one thing…..that she was only telling R.R. this because she knew that R.R. was hurting and wanted more than anything to believe that Gilbert Fuentez was the man for her and, by saying she lied, it would give R.R. someone else to hate someone else besides Gilbert and to give R.R. an out, even though he rightfully deserved that hatred. This was one of the worst miscalculations that the co-worker had ever made.

In doing so, Gilbert Fuentez was able to use that situation to completely discredit anything and everything, proof included, somehow someway, to R.R. and win her back through their mutual shared hatred of the co-worker. Their mutual hatred has fed their relationship ever since and the co-worker has become a common battle cry for them to rally around each other.

Except, what R.R. didn’t know is that Gilbert Fuentez and the co-worker had not ceased their involvement. They spent a couple of weeks trying to keep their distance but it was hard on both of them. They would eventually resume seeing each other again on 6-6-2019, after he told the co-worker lies about being broken up with R.R., and then also telling lies to R.R. that he had ceased involvement with the co-worker after May 7th, 2019. Playing both women behind their backs with lies.

Playing them both behind their backs….

He was lying to both women behind their backs and saying horrible, false things behind both women’s backs in the ultimate betrayal of both of their trust they had in him.

The co-worker discovered his lies on the night of 6-30-2019, when after Gilbert Fuentez spent the night at her house on the 29th going into the 30th, that the evening of the 30th he was out with R.R. and walked right by the co-worker while she was enjoying social time with her friends. Then, he spent the night of the 30th with R.R. going into the morning of July 1st.

One last attempt to do the right thing…..

The co-worker tried to tell R.R. a 2nd time about their continued relationship, to make sense of Gilbert Fuentez’ lies to both women, and R.R. instead turned on the co-worker rather than try to understand the situation and how the co-worker was trying to do the right thing by R.R. and get to the bottom of the situation so both women would know the truth.

In this same attempt to explain the truth to RR, the co-worker also told R.R. that Gilbert Fuentez had threatened her daughter’s life, as a mother to another mother, and R.R. did not care one bit.

Why it’s in his best interest to keep her around…..

R.R. and Gilbert Fuentez appear to be engaged as of the publishing of this page and she continues to be with him as often as she can. He keeps her around for the following reasons: 1) she could possibly supply him drugs through her job or get them from her cousin to give to him, 2) so she won’t ever speak out about the assault and 3) because she is helping pay his bills since he’s having financial trouble.

He has admitted to other people, including the co-worker and at least two of their work colleagues, he doesn’t love R.R. and, only once, came close to saying he thinks he might love her but isn’t sure and certainly doesn’t want to get married. He isn’t keeping her around for love, loyalty or commitment; it’s to use her. Yet, he tells her he loves her and that seems to be what she wants to hear.

Regardless, he also told V.L. he loved her many times and yet he also cheated on her with R.R. and all these other women and lied to her for years.

When a woman is led to believe she won the lottery…..

All R.R. ever wanted was him to propose to her. She had expressed so to her mother early on in their relationship and R.R’s mother posted about it on social media in January 2018 about him hopefully soon becoming her son-in-law. As of October 2019, it looks like she got a cheap ring and empty promises of loyalty and love, but she doesn’t know that he also gave V.L. a promise ring to marry her to help keep her loyal, but she didn’t fall for it.

Sidenote: the picture you see below of R.R.’s graduation celebration in December 2018 has a back story. The co-worker and Gilbert were at his apartment together shortly before he took this picture. He didn’t bother to shower before leaving but merely changed his clothes into what he is wearing in this picture and then immediately went to her celebration party. The co-worker confronted him about this in April 2019 and he merely shrugged it off. It didn’t phase him that he could be spending intimate, physical time with one woman and an hour later, pretend to be a happy smiling couple in a picture with the other woman. When the co-worker said to him “you both seem to be happy in this pic”….his comment was “don’t depressed people pretend to be happy?” implying he was depressed in this relationship. The co-worker states that that coincides with many other negative comments he had made to the co-worker and other colleagues at work about his relationship with R.R.

Unfortunately, when R.R. learned about all these other women, Gilbert Fuentez gave her the same lying lines that have worked on her in the past when he was caught: that he’s done with all these women, he only wants and loves her, that these women are just friends to him, or he doesn’t even know who they are.

When the truth and proof exists, no lies can stand……

Rest assured, teams of private investigators have collected a wealth of documentation over the last several months that proves he was and is romantically involved with ALL these women and has been for a long time; only the co-worker and possibly V.L. are the exceptions to this if that relationship has in fact ended. 3 out of 5 of these women are documented ongoingly, recently, frequently and irrefutably as being involved in romantic relationships simultaneously with Gilbert Fuentez and have all been simultaneously for years without knowing about each other.

At least until February 2020, when L.R. and T.W. discovered through social media posts about R.R. Gilbert Fuentez was furious about T.W. and L.R. finding out the truth. He misled and lied to both T.W. and L.R. about who R.R. was….AND….he lied to R.R. and her friends and family to upset them and deflect questions about why he was asking them to change their social media pages. The fact is……he is worried that more women will find out more information, especially R.R., and he will be caught in his lies.

Truth can be pointless and wasted……

Unfortunately, R.R. is unlikely to believe any of the evidence and will likely believe, wholeheartedly, in everything that Gilbert Fuentez tells her, which includes denying the facts and proof in this story. As V.L. so eloquently put it to the co-worker when they discussed R.R.’s refusal to see the truth….”it’s because that’s the reality she chooses to live in”…..the one Gilbert paints for her.

In past instances of R.R. receiving proof of his infidelity, more than once, she has completly ignored the proof and believed only what lies he tells her and manipulation he puts her through. She seems to be happy to believe the fairy tale.

UPDATE June 3rd, 2020: After reading this portion of our FIRST RELEASE, the former, mutual friend of R.R., who provided screenshots proving her infidelity against Gilbert Fuentez, explained why they feel that R.R. is choosing to do this: that R.R. is “probably feeling guilty” about her own infidelity and she fears that she may lose Gilbert Fuentez and that “she [R.R.] has already crossed that line so much herself that she is willing to easily forgive Gilbert Fuentez for doing the same thing”. The former friend’s perspective seems to make a tremendous amount of sense.

R.R. does not want to accept a reality where he has spoken poorly of her so many times, to so many people, where he callously and coldly admits on audio recording to not caring whether he manipulates or lies to her and wanted to leave her for a long time and was planning to…..to believe a reality where….if she truly was his one and only, he wouldn’t be sleeping around and having full relationships behind her back, 3 of which came before and 3 more during her relationship, and 3 have continued alongside hers through time.

Yet, R.R. may believe that….she’s the chosen one. After all these women, and he’s still with her? That could make her feel special.

R.R. has received all of these audio recordings but has mostly likely not listened to them. Its hard to understand how a woman with even a slight modicum of self-respect would continue on to be with him, much less get engaged in some carefully crafted fantasy fairy tale of being told lies and manipulation that she wants to hear, once that woman has seen and heard the truth about things a man has said and done behind their back.

Hopefully, that is not what is going on with R.R.

In July 2019, the co-worker asked R.R. if she would allow the co-worker and Gilbert to continue having their relationship, since they already had been for 9 months, and R.R. didn’t know anything different, and it had not harmed R.R.’s relationship, to see if R.R. would allow open, ethical polyamority. Given R.R.’s image portrayed by Gilbert as jealous and controlling, it was not surprising that R.R. did not respond to the co-worker’s request. Despite it all, R.R. must eventually accept open, ethical polyamority with Gilbert if she truly cares about a healthy mental and emotional balance in remaining in a relationship with him. Polyamory has been his way and she must change in order to accept him as he is.

UPDATE June 3rd, 2020: A friend of R.R.’s communicated with us in late April 2020 that they appear to have agreed to an open relationship. Given the screenshots we have recently received from a former friend that clearly demonstrates that both of them have cheated on the other, it appears that agreeing to having an open, ethical relationship may be long overdue. When we followed up with the co-worker regarding this new information, she expressed to us that she felt it was the right thing to do when the co-worker offered this option to R.R. previously, but that now she understands why R.R. refused this option at the time, even as R.R. agreed to this option with Gilbert Fuentez later.

Hiding behind the police to help bury the truth……

R.R. even received the June 6th and June 19th, 2019 recordings as irrefutable truth through her transgender son, whom Gilbert Fuentez has stated that R.R. refuses to accept his transition. R.R. has even referred to him multiple times as her daughter to the co-worker. He asked for them for himself through social media messaging to the co-worker because he personally wanted to listen to them himself.

Once R.R. found out that her son and the co-worker were communicating on social media, she was furious and, mostly likely, at the pressuring of Gilbert Fuentez made a report to the Ft Worth police department on July 15th, 2019 that she did not want the co-worker communicating with her or her grown adult son again. She wanted to bury her head in the sand and Gilbert is happy to have her head buried where she can’t see or hear the truth.

Here are a few of the items in the June 6th and June 19th recordings:

1. On June 19th, Gilbert Fuentez admits to spending the night and having sexual relations with a woman named J.D. in Waco on 6-13-2019 and was upset that R.R. found out somehow the next day from J.D.’s boyfriend/husband. It seems that the two of them were sighted at a Waco restaurant by people who knew them in this small town and it got back to J.D.’s bf/husband but he was falsely blaming the co-worker for tipping off the bf/husband and also tipping off R.R. about the cheating. Somehow, he was successfully able to lie to R.R. about the J.D. situation that happened in Waco,
2. Where he called the Ft Worth police department on June 14th, 2019 to slander and falsely accuse the co-worker of tipping R.R. off about the incident with J.D. when the co-worker had no idea about J.D. until Gilbert Fuentez called the police and made up these lies,
3. Where he states he wants the co-worker to continue having a relationship with him on both days,
4. On June 6th, where he states he misses his relationship with the co-worker, where he says he’s still emotionally invested in the co-worker and propositions her to resume being involved with him, and to meet him an hour later, because he has to go have lunch with R.R. first at the hospital she works at to keep up appearances with R.R., and the co-worker and G.F. resume their relationship later on that day at her home, and to keep their involvement a secret from R.R. and makes her swear to not tell R.R. again about their involvement,
5. On June 19th, where he states that he would “call her tomorrow” so they can spend time together and they would spend time together over many more days after that,
6. Where they discuss that he and R.R. are broken up, but do still talk, in an apparent effort to convince the co-worker that he is now single, and they did continue for a few more weeks until she found out he was lying about being broken up with R.R.,
7. On June 6th, admits he lied to R.R. about the nature of the relationship with the co-worker, to make R.R. happy with him again, after slanderously and falsely telling R.R. that the co-worker was merely a lying psycho side chick and he and the co-worker discuss the true nature of their relationship and he admits to his lies to R.R.,
8. On June 6th, where he admits he lied to the co-worker in the beginning about being single or else she would not have given him her number and he was willing to lie to get the co-worker’s phone number,
9. where the co-worker and G.F. share a few intimate moments,
10. where he admits, yet again, he doesn’t really want to get married to R.R. (he has previously negatively portrayed her as repeatedly pressuring him to get married), and
11. where Gilbert Fuentez tells the co-worker he’s done with all the lying, women and drugs, which turned out not to be true and still is not true.

R.R. and her son have all received these recordings and still R.R. continues to be ride or die with Gilbert Fuentez.

Even though her friends, family and others have tried to warn R.R., she still wants to believe that everyone else is wrong except for her. Her children. Her parents. Her friends. None of them can stand Gilbert Fuentez, and he’s admitted to such, and they all can see the truth about who he is. Maybe she would rather be with him than to listen to her family and friends who are trying to help her see reality.

It is because of this, and a few other factors mentioned above, that Gilbert Fuentez chose her and continues to keep her in his life. It seems to be one-way on his behalf to keep her hanging around.

The insulting truth comes out……

Gilbert has said that the boyfriend prior to him, that she was with him for about 5 years and that ex-boyfriend cheated on R.R. multiple times. (PLEASE SEE UPDATES FROM JUNE 3RD, 2020) That multiple women came to her and told her through the years and she continued to take that ex-boyfriend back again and again. Gilbert Fuentez once said….very coldly to the co-worker….that “go ahead and tell her about us….I’ll just get another woman” and that “R.R. won’t believe you” and that “R.R.’s the kind of woman that will just take me back”….that “sometimes R.R. was the side chick and sometimes it was the co-worker or the others”. That…..R.R. wanted so badly to make it work with that ex-boyfriend because “she [R.R] cheated on her ex-husband with that same ex-boyfriend and it led to her divorce“. These…..these are just a fraction of the heartless and mean things he has said behind R.R’s back.

But, that’s why he chose her….because she may infinitely continue to take him back and hang around with him because he knows exactly how to push the right buttons in controlling and manipulating her. (See the page on “Who is Gilbert Fuentez?” to see the long list of psychological manipulations he’s used and were reported by several of these women)

It’s shameful for him to treat her this way. She has been beaten, lied to, cheated on and used by him. He has shown time and again, he has no remorse, except to R.R.’s face when he can fake that he’s keeping her around for love and not reveal the truth. She seems to be a vibrant woman who is surrounded by actual, real love from her friends and family who want the best for her.

But why?……

She is willing to go to jail by lying to the police in trying to cover up his assault on her, lie in a statement to the Texas Education Agency on his behalf when he was being investigated, has already lost support from her friends and family, and seems to be willing to lose her career she worked so hard for to lie for him and supply him drugs (both legal and illegal).

But, this may be changing…….

Due to her stealing drugs from her job to give to Gilbert Fuentez, a complaint was filed on her nursing license in January 2020 with the Texas Board of Nursing. She has declined to participate in a voluntary program that is designed to help nurses with substance abuse and mental health issues and to help them preserve their license. Therefore, an investigator has been assigned to this complaint as of March 2020 and they will interview witnesses and examine evidence to determine what sanctions can be placed on her nursing license. This process may advance to a public hearing for a final decision. It appears her previous employer at the hospital was also aware of this unethical conduct and may have taken punitive action against her in summer 2019.

The Texas Board of Nursing was given proof of the continued, ongoing relationship with her and Gilbert Fuentez in the January 2020 complaint, in case R.R. decided to lie to them that she is no longer involved him, as she did to the Ft Worth police in July 2019 when she filed a complaint on the co-worker because she didn’t like that the co-worker and her adult son were communicating on social media.

If she chose to lie to the Texas Board of Nursing about their relationship, it may be a tactic to suppress any suspicion of her career vulnerability in maintaining a relationship with Gilbert Fuentez and the risk that he may pressure her again to break the law again by stealing drugs from her job. Therefore, evidence that substantiates their on-going relationship will be provided to Texas Board of Nursing investigators as part of their investigation.

Criminal misdeeds come to light…..

Despite the awful things he’s demanded of her and things he’s done to her, she isn’t without having done some of her own damage. In addition to her cousin coming and slashing his tires in retaliation in May 7th, 2019, she thoroughly keyed his truck in mid-July 2019. His truck had two lines of keyed paint, front to back, on both sides of his truck. He had to spend several weeks getting it repainted. He may have used that opportunity to manipulate her through guilt and shame to get her back under his control and to make her pay his deductible. Possibly even threatening her with going to police to report her to keep her in line. He only reported the keying to Geico as vandalism about 10 days after it actually happened, once he quickly got moved down to Austin and away from where she lived in Ft Worth, and he never filed an actual police report. Nevertheless, this may be something he will continue to use against her even though the Ft Worth police department has assurances in place that they are not at all concerned about her keying his truck and instead want her to come forward to give them a statement on the assault instead.

Despite slashing his tires, keying his truck, multiple women, used for financial support, being beaten, lied to, police involvement, possibly losing her career and the loss of support from friends and family…..all because of him….she may continue to think he’s the man for her and remain by his side. If so, maybe he was right about many of the heartless things he said about her.
