Part 1 contains 5 emails that begin from early on after Gilbert Fuentez found himself in trouble with Everman ISD and goes through early July after the co-worker ended things with him. At the time, she still had feelings for him and had not yet discovered his many betrayals. This would soon change in late July.
Part 2 will have emails that occur in late July and August 2019 that address Everman ISD, Texas Education Agency, the police department investigations and other issues that became serious as time went on. The co-worker has provided us context about these emails and those are provided just above each redacted email.
CONTRARY to Mr Fuentez’ email to us that these “emails would contradict everything we published online”, we do not see that that is the case. These emails reinforce the co-worker’s version of events and she has been honest and forthcoming with us on every event that occurred, whether it reflects positively or negatively on her.
If Mr Fuentez has an additional emails beyond those published here in Part 1 and Part 2 that we are not aware of, we welcome sharing those with us and we will be glad to publish those online.

After hearing from her attorney that both Gilbert Fuentez and Everman administrators and lawyers for both parties had been in negotiating talks during their investigation, after she submitted her statement on behalf of Gilbert on 4-23-2020, her attorney told the co-worker the following shocking information contained in this email that he learned from the other attorneys. She confronted Gilbert Fuentez about this information and his sudden disappearance from her life at the same time. She was too angry and heartbroken for a phone call, so she emailed him, to let them both communicate clearly.
What follows is a confrontation between them. The co-worker also learned from her lawyer that she was in jeopardy at her employer. She was told: 1) that she had been thrown under the bus by the Superintendent by being blamed as a drug tip in the investigation against Gilbert Fuentez, 2) that she was being used as a bargaining chip in these negotiations by BOTH Fuentez and Everman parties, and 3) that Everman was irritated that they couldn’t get anything out of her that would satisfy them in their negotiations.

A very close friend of the co-worker’s betrayed her on July 2nd, 2019. What follows is the co-worker baring her soul to Gilbert Fuentez after learning of her friend’s betrayal and receiving an ultimatum to end her relationship with Gilbert Fuentez the night before, and she did so in an effort to appease this friend who wanted to hurt Gilbert Fuentez if she didn’t do as she was told.
The friend was threatening to turn over information about some of Gilbert Fuentez’ actions to outside parties if the co-worker did not break up with Gilbert. The friend was also saying he wanted to go to R.R. himself and reveal the co-worker’s and Gilbert Fuentez’ renewed relationship.
What follows are the emails that the co-worker sent to Gilbert Fuentez shortly after. She never got the opportunity to break things off with him face-to-face or say goodbye, so these emails were her attempt to explain to him what had happened and why she went to R.R. a second time to reveal the cheating.
Initially, she wasn’t going to break up with him and wanted to honor her promise to Gilbert that she would not tell R.R. about their involvement ever again…..
She stood her ground with her friend that she believed Gilbert Fuentez, that Gilbert was broken up with R.R. and that R.R. did not need to be bothered. The friend felt that Gilbert was not the right man for the co-worker and insisted for weeks that she break up with him. The friend said alot of very negative, critical things about Gilbert to the co-worker but she stood her ground and naively trusted what Gilbert had told her. So, she did not break up with him.
The friend insisted the co-worker find out the truth herself from R.R, if the co-worker wouldn’t allow him to speak to R.R. himself. So, she agreed to speak with R.R. herself instead, in hopes that she and R.R. could come to a truthful understanding about what both women had been told by Gilbert Fuentez……and to gently make sure the situation didn’t blow up in anyone’s face.
She also texted R.R. immediately after meeting with her to ask if R.R. would consider allowing the co-worker and Gilbert to continue to see each other and begged R.R. to accept that Gilbert may be polyamorous, much as the co-worker had already accepted that for their relationship. R.R. did not respond; most likely because she would not accept this reality, at that time, nor did she accept that Gilbert can have whole, separate, healthy relationships with other women besides R.R…..IF everyone was onboard and ethical about it. Please see R.R. page for updates. It appears they have mutually agreed to an open, ethical relationship whereby they can both see other people, based on what R.R. is telling her family and friends.
Unfortunately, the reasons behind the ultimatum by her friend……..to end things with Gilbert Fuentez and reveal his cheating………those reasons came from a malicious intent by the co-worker’s friend towards Gilbert. The friend was not going to let things go with just that being done. He wanted more……but the co-worker didn’t know about his other plans until after she spoke with R.R. on July 2nd, 2019.
Much of these emails are redacted because it is information that is related to the friend’s actions, for which there is a pending federal case, and thus not privy to publishing.
Much of the emotional anguish that the co-worker felt after this all happened on July 2nd, 2019 is difficult to read. She expressed to us tearful concerns that people will judge her for the emotional state she was in with having to deal with several serious events that were private only between Gilbert Fuentez and the co-worker. She loved him and wanted to protect him from harm. She felt a tremendous amount of heartache, confusion and guilt from all actors in these events.
(All parties know the events surrounding these emails and the co-worker has expressed her concern that those events remain private for all parties, including R.R. and the friend, to protect everyone’s safety and privacy and to protect justice during this pending federal case.)

In this email, she is mentally and emotionally “closing out” their relationship and letting him know she is doing it. She expresses her joy at being free of the friend who betrayed her and regret at having to go to R.R. a second time in an effort to appease this friend and protect Gilbert from greater harm. She expresses fondness for memories they shared and how she is going to miss her relationship with Gilbert but that they probably needed to be apart. She tells him to stop lying to and cheating on women and just be open about who he is and he will find a woman who will accept his polyamory nature so he can be ethical about having several women at once. She wishes him the best……this is the final email before things begin to unravel and the betrayals start to become uncovered. Part 2 reveals those betrayals and the end.
