UPDATE December 14th, 2025: In November 2025, this page was contacted by two residents, with related concerns that Mr Fuentez may have possibly misrepresented his business experience during HOA board meetings and elections.
Below are two similarly related concerns shared by residents to this page. Both residents are aware of each others contact with this page.

Residents contacted this page and shared two aspects of the same concern: Mr Fuentez’ placement as HOA Board President for their neighborhood, while claiming that many residents did not get to vote for any candidate.
The first resident shared their concerns that Mr Fuentez is not an owner of any property in their neighborhood, but that he volunteered to first serve as VP of their HOA board. The resident alleges that Mr Fuentez used personal connections with certain other residents to gain favorship to be selected as VP. Their concerns were further amplified when Mr Fuentez was then promoted to President of the HOA, without a communitywide vote, placing Mr Fuentez with direct legal management of finances with this HOA, even as he is not a property owner within the neighborhood, and living with his wife R.R.
The first resident inquired as to whether a [non-owner can occupy a board seat in an HOA, without election, making funding management and legally binding decisions for other residents]. This page is unable to provide this information, and strongly encourage residents to contact an attorney.
The second resident expressed similar but different concerns: that he, his wife and their neighbors were given “unvetted impressions” of Mr Fuentez and R.R., by “two other residents who supported Mr Fuentez’ appointment to the HOA board” and who “seemed to block any inquiry into their [Mr Fuentez and R.R.] backgrounds”, and “ignoring questions from other residents when expressing concerns about someone handling money [for their HOA] who isn’t a property owner”.
The second resident described that Mr Fuentez portrayed himself as a “savvy businessman”, as a person with “deep connections” and embediment into “high powered corporate networks and lots of successful business experience handling money”. The resident says that these claims made us “feel more comfortable with Mr Fuentez on the HOA board” but that they “still didn’t get to vote”.
The resident claims that Mr Fuentez never offered any financial management or business experience during his candidacy for HOA board, nor of his time as a teacher and coach, and that he only talked about his business background “vaguely” to members of the community during his consideration as VP of the HOA board.
The resident claims that “some of us wanted to know more” but “weren’t really given any opportunity by Mr Fuentez” to know more. Some googled Mr Fuentez and located this site, reaching out to this page to “verify Mr Fuentez’ business experience”.
The second resident claims Mr Fuentez “just wasn’t too specific about his business experience” and no one “offered or asked him” about it, because the other two residents promoting him to be chosen for the HOA board were “so confident that this person [Mr Fuentez] was a savvy, high powered businessman”.
NOTE: We appreciate the residents’ concerns and have shared the following notice with them: This page does not focus on Mr Fuentez’ resume or business background experience. This page has provided public records to document relevant events before, during and after this TEA investigation.
During the investigative reporting of this story, VERY LITTLE evidence was located, from years 2008 through 2023, to support that Mr Fuentez has extensive corporate or business experience. NO evidence was located to support that Mr Fuentez has any experience with HOAs. He seemed to have only rented apartments while living in DFW, Waco, and Austin, and his parents owned properties in Odessa TX with no record of an HOA. No title or deeds of homeownership records have been located anywhere for any time in Mr Fuentez’ name in the State of Texas.
As to his educational records, Mr Fuentez documented to the Texas State Board of Education that he has a Master’s in Business Administration from Sul Ross University, circa 2012. Mr Fuentez was also certified in Texas, for middle school and high school business, and was employed as a public school teacher up through 2019, when he exited Everman ISD with a “settlement agreement” and then briefly working in Austin ISD for a few weeks until he was terminated in Fall 2019. Later, the Texas Education Agency decertified Mr Fuentez and placed him on a “Do Not Hire” registry for teaching in Texas.
Also, Mr Fuentez has documented a Master’s in Kinesiology, of which claims have been made by his first Austin girlfriend V.L, who was involved in a relationship with Mr Fuentez from 2009 forward, that she [did most of the work for that Kinesiology degree for Mr Fuentez]. No evidence was provided to our reporters of this academic dishonesty claim. Mr Fuentez previously provided the explanation of an unissued Master’s in Kinesiology as the [university not wanting to release his credits due to a financial disagreement with his tuition].
As to his work experience, this investigation noted Mr Fuentez’ experience working as a tire repair technician, at a chicken fast food place, a product delivery driver, and as a teacher and coach in several districts across Texas for almost a decade.
No other information was located that could describe Mr Fuentez’ experience with corporate or HOA board experience as of 2023.
The second resident’s initial impression of Mr Fuentez was as promoting himself and R.R. to their neighborhood as an “upstanding, G-rated, high powered couple”, as “high powered businessman and his supportive wife”.
Both residents claim circumstances where Mr Fuentez and R.R. may have portrayed their lives to the community during the HOA appointment “as a knowledgeable, trustworthy manager for our HOA”, but “[Mr Fuentez] didn’t explain anything else to us”.
If these claims are true, it seems residents may be concerned about 1) the ramifications of financial and legal management of their HOA, and 2) possibly if their HOA Board President does have the successful business experience that residents heard rumors about.
These two residents claim that several neighbors share their concerns about how Mr Fuentez earned his spot as VP, then President, of the HOA board by only a few selected votes, and that several neighbors share concerns about their HOA board member not actually being a property owner within their neighborhood.

We also recommended to these residents to consult with an attorney.
We encourage residents to document any concerns they may have, and to report any concerns of mismanagement to the appropriate Texas agencies. We encourage residents to exercise their right to vote in HOA board elections, and to exercise their 1st amendment rights if any concerns arise within their community.

UPDATE November 2024: Mr Fuentez continues to harass the Co-worker.
On November 20th, 2024, Mr Fuentez repeatedly called the Co-worker 4 times and hung up during the early morning hours of 445am-6am. In the first call, the Co-worker allowed it to go to voicemail, but Mr Fuentez did not leave one. In the last 3 calls, the Co-worker answered the phone, but Mr Fuentez said nothing for several seconds, and then hung up all 3 calls.
A police report was filed with law enforcement, who reported that initial attempts to make contact with Mr Fuentez were unsuccessful. He no longer lives at his last TX DPS registered address when they attempted to make contact with him there.
However, updates to the public record reveal a newer address, but law enforcement attempts to make contact at this newer address were also unsuccessful.
On November 24th, 2024, someone using a corporate work account IP address engaged in slanderous comments online about the Co-worker by posting degrading comments about the Co-worker’s eyes, face and appearance on a professional review website, for the purposes of discrediting and causing harm to the Co-worker’s professional reputation.
The online professional review was made from a device whose IP address is connected to a work account owned by a company that Mr Fuentez has been documented as working for. A formal complaint has been filed with that employer’s corporate office.
It is unclear what has prompted this new round of harassment by Mr Fuentez, but he continues to harass the Co-worker.
Law enforcement has assured the Co-worker that Mr Fuentez’ location is known to law enforcement, but making physical contact has been unsuccessful so far, mostly likely due Mr Fuentez’ work travel schedule and not being at home.
The Co-worker is working with an attorney to seek a court ordered Permanent Restraining order against Mr Fuentez, much like the one he previously faced in Odessa TX from a former romantic partner. The Co-worker intends to follow through until Mr Fuentez is successfully served.
This affects Mr Fuentez’ legal right to own firearms, and for good measure. Not only has he viciously beaten R.R. in Ft Worth, but he has threatened the life of the Co-worker’s daughter.
This page will be updated with new events and information as it occurs.
UPDATE December 15th, 2023: Mr Fuentez appears to continue relationships with more than one female companion across multiple cities in Texas. In mid-December, he and one female companion enjoyed a vacation cruise together.
In November 2023, a woman in the north Texas area reached out us as a romantic interest of Mr Fuentez. She found our site and shared some interesting information with us regarding their situation. We have verified that this woman is not the same companion who went with him on this December cruise. We have not yet received permission to publish details of her story at this time.
The information she revealed indicates that Mr Fuentez may be continuing to mislead women with statements and behaviors that have been previously patterned and documented with several other women. 
We will continue to support women making informed, consensual choices about their lives. We wish our readers a happy holiday season.  
UPDATE July 3rd, 2023: We have been in contact again with Mr Fuentez’ Waco girlfriend from our June 10th, 2023 update. She has given us an update she says she would like to share: she states that Mr Fuentez has seen this update and she was “contacted by him and he asked about it [this update]”.
She states he was “disrespectful to her and was nonchalant about his dishonest and cheating behavior”. She states that he seems to be “willing to sleep with anyone….he doesn’t care” and she expressed her personal opinion that he does so [without regard for harm to R.R.]. She states that she “always suspicioned he was running around on her” but felt “gaslighted and unable to catch him”.
When asked to clarify what she meant, she stated: “We go back over 8 years. I know him and he used to care [about how he treated people].”
When asked how long ago they had begun a romantic relationship, she stated they met during his time teaching in Waco and began a sexual relationship shortly thereafter. She states sex between her and Mr Fuentez has been continuously going on and off for over 8 years (as of this update) but that “this will be the end of it….at some point it has to be finally over…..I cant keep getting played”.
Calculated on her timeline for Waco, Mr Fuentez was having ongoing sexual relationships with 7 (not 6) different women AT THE SAME TIME from 2016-2020 across 5 Texas cities during his trips back and forth around the state.
When he lived in the Waco area, and for many times when he would return on trips after he moved to Dallas, she stated they frequently enjoyed going out for adult beverages on Friday nights when he would drive down after work and she even introduced him to several of her family and friends whom they hung out with frequently. She stated “he didnt seem to have any friends on his own……so a lost puppy kind of….we just took him in”.
She stated that “he stayed the night many times with her at her Waco home where they engaged in sex, that he loved playing with her cat, that she cooked for him because he complained he didn’t like eating out and wasting money” and she stated that she even loaned him a little money on occasion or paid for his drinks/food when he was low on funds.
She stated at the time she thought “she was just helping him out and he needed help”. She stated that he was so depressed about money and being away from his family in Odessa, that he would frequently return home to see them.
So, we asked her: Did you know he had a romantic relationship with L.R., very much the same she described she had with Mr Fuentez, including being supplied with drugs, both illicit and from her nursing job in Odessa, that began circa 2011 before he ever moved from there and still continues through 2023? She stated that she “didn’t know for sure”, but that he would “never invite her to see his family” in Odessa, so she “suspicioned” that “something wasn’t being shared with her”.
We also asked her: Were you aware that he and R.R. have been living together in Austin since 2020? She states he has “come to visit me and we have had sex during that time and since then”. She stated that she knew nothing until reading this story.
She stated that “when I read the page on me…..it shocked me”….”I was devastated”…..”I was mad at yall [Briggs], at Gil, at all these women too but mostly at myself for being so stupid”.
She stated he even “tried using her job connections to get hired” on at her former school she taught at. She expressed her relief that that didn’t happen, now that she knows he is a drug user and has been banned from teaching by the Texas Education Agency.
She stated that she never felt comfortable confronting him, because “he tried to gaslight me” and “kept things so casual” that “it was hard to tell what we were”. She stated “he would say we were this or that” and then [deny it in a later conversation].
She stated that “the biggest betrayal was seeing this news story about the school and drugs investigation…..that she always knew someone knew the truth [about him]….and was shocked to find out who he really was”.
This seems to be the theme of many of the 12 women we have spoken to: Mr Fuentez presents himself one way and turns out to be another.
We continue to report this story, in the public’s interest, for any unsuspecting women who might fall to this type of narcissistic abuse and manipulation that this well-respected teacher, mother and woman has sustained damage and suffering from, including risk to her career and finances to help him, for almost a decade at the hands of Mr Fuentez.
She states that she “hopes this is the end of it with him”.
We hope we are able to help all women with fully informed consent who may not get that from Mr Fuentez.
UPDATE June 10th, 2023: Mr. Fuentez recently took his annual Memorial Day vacation in May. R.R. and Mr Fuentez are still in an active relationship together. Recently, we were contacted by one of Mr Fuentez’ former romantic interests formerly from Waco. She states he is still communicating with her and seems to be engaged in flirtatious conduct and communication which she says clearly indicates that he still has a romantic interest in her.
She states she has moved to another city and has a different job, but that Mr. Fuentez has expressed an interest in coming to visit her while he is out traveling on the road with his job.
We have encouraged her to refrain from doing anything she is uncomfortable with, and to block him so he cannot contact her again.
Instead, she has expressed a desire for the other women he is involved with to know of his conduct publicly, so we have posted this update.
Like many other women we have spoken with or shared their stories who once showed affection for a seemingly single Mr Fuentez, she seems to now be repulsed by his disloyal romantic attention, even though she once enjoyed it when she felt it genuine and authentic for her only.
We have honored her request. We hope that Mr Fuentez returns to a faithful and loyal status in his relationship with R.R.

UPDATE July 16th, 2020: Mr. Fuentez was arrested in Odessa, TX on May 10th, 2020 for Reckless Driving and officers noted he was under the influence of cocaine. Drug dogs also indicated cocaine residue in both his rental car and his hotel room after a search warrant was executed. Officers proceeded to detain and arrest him after at least 7 serious traffic violations were witnessed by the officers that threatened the safety of other drivers on the road. Background info:
The 2018-2019 school year was the 8th year of teaching career for Gilbert Fuentez, that has spanned several districts in several cities across TX, including Chilton ISD. He began his teaching career in Odessa, his home town. However, due to multiple family issues he had and that he has stated that there was some trouble he got into with his campus principal in Odessa, he decided to pack up and move further into TX.
He has stated that this Odessa campus principal is now the Athletic Director for Ft Worth ISD and this negative event was one of the reasons why he didn’t attempt to seek employment in FWISD after he found himself in trouble at Everman ISD.
He has also taught in Chilton ISD but has moved around frequently, until he settled in Everman ISD for the 2016-2017 school year. John Tinker, who was his fellow football coach for 3 years, stated that none of the other coaches liked Gilbert Fuentez, but he continued to work in Everman until he was discharged without finishing his 3rd year there.
Open records requests indicate a troubled work history at other campuses he had worked at.

UPDATE May 18th, 2020: A west Texas friend of Mr. Fuentez’ reached out to us after reading our news story. He shared with us some background information that may explain some of the difficulties that Mr. Fuentez experienced while he still resided in west Texas. He shared with us that there was a time where Mr. Fuentez was heavily using drugs and essentially lost everything to his addiction, that he struggled to hold off and manage his addiction, that he suffered severe health, financial, family and work-related consequences as a result of his addiction, that Mr. Fuentez had a difficult upbringing, that he remembers Mr. Fuentez struggling with his family dynamics and that Mr. Fuentez may have begun using illicit drugs for partying as well as masking any pain he may have endured.
He stated he remembers Mr. Fuentez seemingly taking accountability for his mistakes and the friend thought that moving out of west Texas was a chance at a new and better life for Mr. Fuentez. He stated that this news story was disappointing to read, as he was under the assumption that Mr. Fuentez had cleaned up his life and was drug-free.
He stated that several people in the Odessa area who are friends and family members were aware of the story and that some others may not yet be. He stated that he knew the scandal was spreading.
He seemed to compassionately care for Mr Fuentez but also that he was disappointed in Mr Fuentez for his actions. He seemed to speak from a place of compassionate concern but stated that other friends that he knew did not feel this way about Mr Fuentez once this news story spread to west Texas.
He offered to put us in touch with some other friends and some family members who may want to speak with us about this news story. We expressed our gratitude for doing so and assured him that we would keep our sources confidential.

Everman ISD incident:
On 4-16-2019, Gilbert Fuentez broke up a student fight at Joe C Bean High School in Everman ISD, where he was a Business teacher and sports coach. He injured his hand, requiring him to go to the workman’s comp clinic. There, he failed a drug test “inconclusive for temperature” and refused a 2nd drug test. Everman ISD Superintendent Dr Curtis Amos and Gilbert Fuentez met later on in the afternoon and he was freely allowed to leave, per Dr Amos’ sole discretion. Later that evening, with the drug tests purchased from Walgreens by the co-worker he was in a relationship with, he tested strong positive for cocaine and marijuana at his apartment, which was also what he admitted to using earlier in the day in text messages to her while he was at the clinic. He took 2 days off work to allow the drugs to leave his system, then a 3 day weekend, then he reports to work on Monday and works a full day, then is placed on administrative leave on Tuesday; one full week later. He is kept on administrative leave for 3 wks while very little investigation was done and then, on 5-4-2019, Everman ISD Superintendent Dr Amos offered Gilbert Fuentez a “Settlement Agreement” in exchange for his resignation. This entailed paying Gilbert Fuentez out for the remaining portion of his contract, which was about $27,000, and he got to keep his medical benefits and paid leave days. Everman ISD did not report his failed drug test and refused drug test to TX DPS within 24 hours on his CDL nor to TEA within 7 days of having found him accountable for educator misconduct. Therefore, he was able to freely leave Everman ISD and take a position at the Northeast Early College High School in Austin ISD in July 2019, to be with his 9 year long girlfriend V.L who lived in Austin.
Both R.R. and the co-worker came to his aid to support him during the Everman ISD investigation and disciplinary process, unbeknownst to each other’s involvement. R.R. assisted him while he was at the workman’s comp clinic getting drug-tested. The co-worker bent to his pressure and intimidation into silence…… and to not provide any proof to Everman ISD about his drug use……and to submit a statement that she could not prove his drug use, AT THAT TIME, on April 23rd, 2019, because he wanted to be exonerated and reinstated with Everman ISD.
Austin ISD incident:
An Austin ISD open records request indicates that he lied on his application about having never been placed on any sort of administrative leave, investigation or having received any sanction and that he had never resigned in lieu of termination. Austin ISD placed him on administrative leave in August 2019, after only a few weeks of working there as a Varsity Asst Football coach, and he was eventually terminated from Austin ISD.
He has not worked as a teacher or H.S. coach since August 2019.
He convinced V.L. to submit a supportive statement on his behalf to the head coach at Northeast HS in Austin when he was placed under investigation. V.L. deeply regrets doing so, as she had no idea about the truth of what had happened in Everman ISD due to Gilbert Fuentez lying to her about all it.

UPDATE: Beginning 4-12-2020, Gilbert Fuentez has been sighted multiple times, sometimes carrying a cooler and sometimes not, sometimes alone and sometimes not, using ride-share services to take him to rental and other cars, which is quite curious. He appears to be doing food and grocery deliveries around the Austin area, which is the perfect cover for any other activities he may be doing around Austin.
He has been sighted spending time with a new person of interest as well.
He is still working at a fast food restaurant.

UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, all athletic events for the rest of the season have been cancelled. It remains to be seen if the referee organizations he belongs to will allow him to continue referring in the fall. Nearly all of them have expressed concern that Travis county school districts are very well aware of who he is and that they dont want him in their schools, near their students, in any capacity.
Nearly all of these referree organizations have expressed concerns that he will be recognized by the public and it will reflect negatively on their organization. They are helpless to effect a cancellation of his membership unless pending charges go forward or new charges arise.
(Prior to COVID-19, he was refereeing basketball games for THSBOA at nearby Travis County high schools in the evening and refereeing soccer games and softball/baseball games in the Austin area on the weekend with another organization)
Texas Education Agency complaint:
In September 2019, a complaint was filed against the Everman ISD Superintendent, for his actions in “passing the trash” on Gilbert Fuentez and John Tinker. Texas Education Agency has spent quite a bit of time on the investigation into Gilbert Fuentez and he eventually surrendered his teaching license on January 8th, 2020. The evidence and documentation to substantiate the complaint was overwhelming and irrefutable. Items available to the public through legal means or that have no “reasonable expectation of privacy” are published here, while some items of evidence procured through private means are only available to those who have a personal stake or to governmental or regulatory agencies.

He is also under 2 open criminal investigations in Ft Worth and Arlington, as well as other on-going investigations which will not be posted to this site.
But, he is not unfamiliar with the criminal justice system.
He has been arrested for Public Intoxication before but no charges were filed once he slept off the alcohol at the jail and paid the fine.

1st investigation: Ft Worth police department investigation
The first open criminal investigation is for domestic violence with Ft Worth police department for causing assault with bodily harm on 5-26-2018 to one of his 5 girlfriends R.R. The photos and full police report can be read here. https://teainvestigation.com/domviolence/
An open records request for this report revealed these 30 bloody crime scene photos and detailed reports of the officers who initially responded to the police call. R.R. and Gilbert Fuentez both lie to the officers about any knowledge of how she had 3 deep lacerations to the face, black eye from blunt force trauma and severe facial edema, and offer no information as to how Gilbert Fuentez had no injuries except defense scratch wounds on his hands and arms. Gilbert Fuentez initially lied to police in the breezeway of his apartment door that no one was inside his apartment and he insisted they get a warrant.
Police were in the process of getting one, when he changed his mind (most likely as he did on the May 7th, 2019 when he panicked that the police would find his large stash of cocaine—-to learn more, read the page for R.R.) and he decided that a warrant would allow them to fully search the apartment and they may discover his cocaine. However, they reassured him they were only looking to see if anyone was injured in the apartment, based on the bloody crime scene.
He eventually consented and R.R. is allowed to emerge from the bedroom with significant trauma swelling to her face, badly bruised and open wounds that had not been treated all night long.
However, on May 7th, 2019, a 40 minute long audio recording of R.R.’s own account and words captures the real truth of what happened to her on May 26th, 2018, when she showed the co-worker additional pictures that she had taken on her own phone, that were not in the police report, and stated that “he’s beat my ass before”.
She went on to detail how it happened: he had been drinking heavily that evening and was texting messages of a certain kind to a woman named “L****” (later determined to be L.R.) and R.R. saw the messages and confronted him about this. He got violent with her and he assaulted her.
She had to endure being in his apartment all night long, with no medical treatment, until the police arrived the next morning and discovered what had happened. Surprisingly, she didnt seem upset at having been severely assaulted and recounted it as a matter of fact.
May 7th, 2019…..
But, the confessions do not stop there. Later on, in the same evening of May 7th, 2019, at Gilbert Fuentez’ apartment, a 4 hour long audio recording begins with his own account and words of the assault that captures the real truth again of what happened to R.R. on that night and his account matches her account.
He admits to grabbing her by the hair on her head and assaulting her in the doorway. He claims to not remember anything about how it actually happens, but then goes on to describe exactly what happened.
He shows the co-worker a photo of one of his eyes, taken on his own phone, that appears to be swollen, of an ALLERGIC type reaction, and not of an ASSAULT type injury, that he claims the eye swelling occurred a few days AFTER this incident occurred.
Yet, Ft Worth police department noted no injuries to him on their 5-26-2018 call, other than the defense scratch wounds on his hands, and he told Ft Worth police that he had no injuries at all.
Days later, he claims that R.R. swung at him on May 26th, 2018 and hit him in the eye and that is what caused this suspicious, illogical injury to his eye sometime a few days later.
He blames the victim…….
His claim that R.R. punching him in the eye that evening when he assaulted her was a) to blame the victim as if it was HER fault she got assaulted and b) pressure her into not going to the police because it could make her as culpable for assault as he was.
This apparently worked.
These audio recordings were given to the Ft Worth police department Domestic Violence unit in August 2019 and they tried reaching out to her.
R.R. completely “ghosted” on the detective by changing jobs, refusing to call the detective back, changed her phone number and moved.

R.R. chose to stay with him…..
In a shocking turn of events, as of the publishing of this story, she has posted pictures to her social media that suggest she has gotten engaged to Gilbert Fuentez, despite her family and friends’ lack of support for her involvement with him. She has wanted nothing more since at least January 2018 and it appears she got it, but not for the reasons she thinks.
She will likely get some cheap ring with empty promises of loyalty and love, just like his ex-wife did, so that Gilbert Fuentez can continue to use and control her.
His recent and deep past records indicate that he will not be able to sustain a monogamous, ethical, honest relationship with R.R. in the long run, and may not be able to do so with anyone.

His admissions on how he manipulates women…….
He has openly admitted on audio recording to using romantic means to hook women into funding his life, paying for expensive vacations and paying for meals and other items on a daily basis.
These patterns seem to be playing out with these women, especially if they can supply him cocaine and drugs.
He has expressed many times he does not want to be married or attached to one woman.
However, he has not been open and honest with most of these women about this and has pretended to be monogamous to them and lying to them about loving them……. to further a story that is beneficial to him…..at any cost to those women.
He has admitted many times, and on audio recordings, to lying to women to create emotional investment within them towards him and seemingly with zero emotional investment on his end; to portray a story to them that suits his needs and denies the truth so that he can continue to utilize them for his purposes.

This isn’t his first rodeo…..
He has a 20 year documented history of infidelity, lies, apathy towards his own children, drug use and using many women at the same time to achieve his goals.
Additionally, we have received feedback from an inside source in Odessa, TX that, in 2001, he initially lied and denied that he produced a daughter (A.N.) with S.N. during his marriage to V.U., to hide his infidelity, and later on again to hide his infidelity from S.H. He continued to maintain that lie for about 16 years until S.N. was able to catch up with him and sue him for about $84,000 in back child support.
His propensity to lie to cover up his bad decisions has not abated through the years, even when the consequences of those lies have never failed to catch up with him eventually.

2nd investigation: Arlington Police Department investigation
The 2nd open criminal investigation is through Arlington police department, when he threatened the life of the co-worker’s daughter on an audio recording on 6-6-2019. He threatened to make her daughter go missing, if he lost everything, in retaliation against the co-worker if she didn’t go along and protect him. Here is a redacted copy of this police report.

Money issues:
He has chronic issues with being able to manage money. He heavily depends on women, through romantic means, to fund anything and everything he can get out of them, as his own finances are quite unstable. This could possibly be due to the volume of cash he spends on drug use, to heavy debt and/or to irresponsibility. As a result, money issues are a constant source of drama for him.
R.R. currently seems to be the only woman financially supporting him.

Clues about his financial management and how he uses gifts from others for his own benefit……
He has had at least one collection account that he has been sued in court for. Open records requests reveal a Civil Judgement against him in August 2014 in San Angelo TX for $1985 (updated May 18th, 2020).
He is not above regifting nice things given to him by women to family and friends as if he bought those gifts for them himself. Christmas 2018, he was gifted a 14 year old bottle of Balvenie scotch and 3 sets of custom engraved Scotch glasses with the last name “Fuentez” on them.
He kept the bottle of Scotch but appears to have regifted the Scotch glasses to his family and friends in Odessa when he returned home to visit them at Christmas.

How he deals with women and his own infidelity:
He’s admitted to and openly used the Viber secret chat app to hide his cheating behind the backs of these women; one of them, he was doing it right next to them on the couch.
Hes also admitted to using Tinder to call women over behind the backs of these women. All the while, they have no idea what is going on when they are not around him. He would much rather ride with a woman so that she uses her gas and so that he won’t be seen out in his truck by any of the other women.

UPDATE June 3rd, 2020: One of the other women featured on this site has contacted us and shared a tremendous amount of helpful information, but we are declining to share which woman is the source.
Instead, we will be passing this information over to private investigators to research and verify and we will publish from the investigator’s report.
They have shared with us that Gilbert Fuentez may now be using a second phone line to communicate with the other women. It is unclear whether R.R. is aware of this or not.

After being caught with L.R. by R.R. in May 2018, he immediately changed multiple security settings on his phone and put a black-out screen so he can better hide his cheating. He is paranoid about leaving his phone out of his sight for even a moment in case one of the women sees another woman communicating with him on his phone. He has installed facial recognition to wake up his phone, followed by a passcode to gain access to it.
Hes done this for nearly 20 years and is quite adept at hiding it and skilled at emotionally and psychologically switching on and off between women in an instant.
He becomes intensely defensive and hostile if asked any questions by a woman who suspicions any of his behavior and his favorite lines are “It doesn’t concern you” or “Its none of your business”.
Technically, that is so….but, when hes fooled these women into thinking he’s monogamous with them, and instead he is running many women at once, and he demands their singular loyalty to him only, their mental and emotional investment in the relationship DOES and SHOULD concern them rightfully when he is cheating and it causes damage to these women.
He can be quite cold and callous about whatever pain he causes them if it furthers his interests.

He seems to have consistent patterns across these women in engaging in a multitude of psychological games with them to keep them on the defensive and confused so they cannot figure out what is going on.
His tactics include: 1) Everything, always, no matter what it is is the woman’s fault (blame game). 2) Denial and gas-lighting constantly; no matter the facts or proof. 3) Outright lies; both illogical and plausible. 4) Telling only portions of the truth or manipulating facts and timelines to deflect suspicion. 5) Changing the subject. 6) Throwing accusations, especially wild fantastical ones, to put the woman off him and into defending herself. 7) Threats. 8) Physical intimidation. 9) Body shaming. 10) Using sex as bargaining chip for control. 11) Fawning and wooing. 12) Begging and triggering a nurturing instinct in a woman by pretending to be needy of her. 13) Invoking pity and sympathy. 14) Ghosting, abandonment and threats of abandonment. 15) Charm and promises. 16) Manipulating women’s friends and family members to persuade women to come back to him. 17) Claiming to constantly be broke to see if he can get women to pay for meals and other items or borrows money from them and does not pay it back. 18) Claiming to constantly be broke to explain why he will not buy them gifts or flowers, or explain why he won’t do any nice acts of love for them. 19) Withholding acts or words of love to create a sense of insecurity in the woman and only using acts or words of love when he’s in trouble to deflate a woman’s anger or hurt. 20) Rarely, if ever, apologizing, much less genuinely meaning it. 21) Constantly demanding apologies from the women for some perceived, twisted thing that is supposedly their fault that caused him to make the mistake in the first place.
These are just some of the psychological games that some of these women have reported consistently.
Through these techniques, he has been overwhelmingly successful in getting women to do his “dirty work” for him, which includes buying him drugs, so that he is protected from any liability or risk for those actions.
He has propositioned at least 3 of these women to buy drugs for him. He has also propositioned these women to do drugs with him, a) to have an accomplice that is just as guilty as he is and b) manipulate that woman into supplying the drugs herself that he wants both of them to use together.
Two of these women have refused to engage in these behaviors with him while T.W. has. It is unclear about R.R. and L.R. but information currently in process so far suggests that they may have.

What he expects out of his women…..
He would much rather have someone who is just as guilty as he is so that he has something to hold over their head if he finds himself in legal trouble to use as leverage against them so they will not turn on him.
He also demands and expects that any woman he is involved with will immediately leap to his rescue and defense once he finds himself in any kind of trouble; even expecting them to lie and hide for him. He expects women to lie on his behalf to employers, police, state agencies and even their own family and friends to support and defend him. He doesn’t care if they get in trouble or look stupid….as long as they’re helping save him.
What kind of women he targets….
He seems to have a pattern of a type of woman he targets. Hispanic or white with dark hair. Short, curvy figures, large bosoms. Single mothers with strong nurturing instincts. 30s to 40s. College educated who make good money and have good careers, especially in nursing. Who may be receptive and vulnerable to micro-manipulations early on that may signal their susceptibility to full-scale manipulation later on. Who may have a past history of trauma, legal troubles, abuse or infidelity. Who are not seeing any other men and have little to no contact with any exes. Have nice cars and homes that he can possibly enjoy for himself. Connections/access to drugs; both legal and illegal. (**Disclaimer: there are some slight variations amongst these women; not all qualities are present in each of these women, but the overwhelming majority are present that he was able to identify them to strike up relationships with. J.D. seems to be the only exception to nearly all these qualifications.)

While he took down his Facebook profile he had had for years, to hide his lifestyle from S.N. who was suing him for back child support, he made a new profile under a similar name. He has mostly women on his profile, along with a few family members and friends, and more than a dozen of these women meet his stereotype. Most are scattered back in his hometown of Odessa but others are in other cities. His m.o. is to have women stashed and readily available in other cities he travels to so he can cheat and not get caught and many of these women fit those parameters.
